By Visual Basic 6.0 program, taken the distance between hole 200mm and buried depth 120～150mm as the optimization goal, the most optimum parameters range of the mechanism was obtained as follows: the initial angle between planet frame and the line formed from spraying-fertilizer needle-tip and planet wheel axle was -45°～-40°, the initial angular displacement of planet frame was 40°～50°, the distance between spraying-fertilizer needle-tip and the planetary gear axle center was 280～300mm, simultaneously, the semi-major axis of elliptic gear was 29.364mm, the teeth quantity was 23, the ratio of semi-minor axes and semi-major axis was 0.958, the radius of circular gear was 25mm.

对该机构进行运动学分析，建立了数学模型，以穴距200mm和入土深度120～150mm为寻优目标，应用Visual Basic 6.0软件编程得出满足机构运动要求的最优参数范围为：喷肥针尖和行星轮轴连线与行星架的初始夹角-45°～-40°、行星架初始角位移40°～50°、喷肥针尖与行星轮轴心距离280～300mm，此时椭圆齿轮长半轴29.364mm、齿数23、短半轴与长半轴比0.958，正圆齿轮半径25mm。

Compared to the previous software with CSPM-930a STM, the STM images gotten by my software have less drift and are more directly related to their real dimensions and geometry. The UHV-STM has been used to fabricate atomic-scale grooves by extracting the Si atoms from the Si (111)-7×7 surfaces and redeposit them to form ridges at predetermined surface sites.

利用超高真空扫描隧道显微镜，用W针尖对样品Si（111）-7×7表面的原子进行操纵，成功地在样品表面挖出了具有原子级平直边界的沟槽，并首次在样品表面布出了连续的具有一定形状的凸起的线，首次确认在样品表面布出的凸起的线是由Si原子组成的，并首次用场强梯度诱导扩散理论对针尖在样品表面的布线过程和机理进行了解释。

From these result of the experiment, the dynamic modeling can be simulated effectively, when the move speed of tip is faster the shear force in the tip is bigger. In the lithography process the motion of tip influence by the pile up, it leads to the serration surface of the groove, is like the surface of actual material of the cutting process.

由加工成形与磨耗结果回馈，可有效做探针动态建模，并模拟出，当探针移动的速度越快时，针尖所承受的剪应力越大，并且在蚀刻过程中，针尖受表面堆积物的影响，导致沟槽表面类似锯齿形的蚀刻表面与实际加工之情形相似。

Based on the theory of inverted STM image of Chen, we predict that if one uses a tungsten tip made of W (111), W (110) or W (001) surface, an inverted STM image may be observed under small bias voltages.

基于Chen的图像反转理论，预言在STM实验中如用W（111），W（110）和W（001）单原子钨探针，在小偏压条件下，可能会观测到STM负像，这三类钨针尖中利用W（110）针尖最容易观察到这类现象。

Unoriented ZnO nanowires are fabricated either on the surface of silicon wafer or at the tip of needle-like tungsten by vapor-phase deposition. Both the plane field emission and tip field emission of ZnO nanowires are studied using a field emission microscope.

通过比较原菌株 ANO_1和变异菌株 ANO_2生长特性的研究发现：原始菌株 ANO_1和变异菌株 ANO_2同时接种单菌落于含有麸皮汁的平板培养基中，变异菌株 ANO_2在平板培养基上生长缓慢，35 h 才出现针尖状菌落，而原菌株 25 h 就出现了针尖状的菌落。

There are several methods developed to measure or calculate the cantilever spring constant, such as adding mass to the cantilever, using the reference cantilever, measuring the thermal noise and so on. Adding mass to the cantilever and using the reference cantilever will need some complicated equipments and be able to damage the cantilever.

附加质量法和参考悬梁法存在所需实验设备复杂、容易损坏针尖等缺点，与之相比，热振动法具有实验条件简单、不损伤针尖及较高的准确度等优势，因此，可以在实际应用中，对探针进行快速标定，提高力测量的准确性，扩展AFM的应用领域。
