We aim to screen and identify the key potential trans-factors during hemoglobin switch. We firstly analyzed differential expression of mRNAs in erythroid induction cultures of CD34+ cells derived from normal umbilical cord blood, adult bone marrow, and bone marrow of a heterocellular hereditary persistence of fetal hemoglobin patient.
