In gabexate group 30 patients(M 11, F 19; age 56 a±13 a) received 100 mg gabexate in 5% glucose in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 500 mL, iv drip, q 8 h for 3 d and 100 mg.d-1 after then. The patients of the 2 groups stopped the therapy when all the symptoms had disappeared and the amylases in blood and urine had turned to be normal.

加贝酯组在常规疗法基础上加用加贝酯［常州金远药业制造有限公司，每支100 mg，批准文号(92)卫试字X-41号］100 mg加入5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液500 mL中静脉滴注，q 8 h， 3 d后加贝酯改为100 mg静脉滴注qd，至临床症状消失，血、尿淀粉酶正常后停药。
