In this thesis, terahertz transmission properties through three kinds of simple sub-wavelength metallic structures, including single sub-wavelength metallic circular hole, single sub-wavelength metallic slit and double sub-wavelength metallic slits, are experimentally investigated in the far field by using our own THz time-domain spectroscopy system and are theoretically analyzed. Conclusions are obtained as follows:(1) a single sub-wavelength metallic circular hole exhibits the same terahertz transmission properties as that of round metallic waveguide, which are influenced by the diameter of circular hole and the thickness of metal foil.

本文利用本实验室搭建的太赫兹时域光谱系统研究了太赫兹波段金属亚波长结构的透射特性，其中对三类金属亚波长简单结构即单个金属亚波长圆孔、单个金属亚波长狭缝和金属亚波长双缝的太赫兹透射现象进行了远场探测以及理论上的分析，得到了以下一些成果：(1)太赫兹波通过单个金属亚波长圆孔的传播现象与圆形金属波导具有相同的规律，其特性受到圆孔直径和金属箔厚度的影响。

Numerical simulation results show that the fluid flow in Lost Foam Process was different from that in an ordinary green sand mold, the molten metal flow forwards in a circular-arc shape from the ingate, meanwhile, the nature of the gating system influenced the filling process notably. As the polystyrene pattern decomposition has a strong quenching effect on the flowing metal fornt, a high temperature gradient was formed at the flowing metal front, this resulted in the dropping of temperature of the metal to the liquidus temperature quickly and decreased the flowability of molten metal, the temperature distribution in the metal behind, however, was even. The properties of the pattern and the coating affected the temperature distribution remarkably.

从内浇口开始，金属液呈放射状均匀向前充填，同时浇注系统性质显著影响金属液充型过程的流场；由于聚苯乙烯模样气化吸热对金属液的激冷作用，在金属液流端部区域产生很大的温度梯度，使得端部区域金属液很快降至液相线温度，降低了金属液的充型能力，而后续金属液中温度分布则比较均匀，模样性能、涂料性能显著影响这一温度分布特点。

The study of vertical channel with high field effect mobility by Ni induced lateral crystallization, which can form larger grains on channel regions and reduce grain boundary defects. We detect the method of Ni induced lateral crystallization through high field effective mobility, but that accumulates too much Ni on floating N+ region and causes defects and metal contamination. As Ni is used to form silicde and then proceed to low temperature annealing, we can observe the floating region that has no Ni acumination regions or contaminations. This aids us in obtaining good electronic performance of this device, not only the remote field effective mobility but also the vast improvement of sub-threshold swing and on/off currents.

接著，是延续垂直通道的研究，希望能有效的提升电子迁移率，因此以镍金属诱导横向结晶的方式使通道形成较大的结晶，减少矽晶粒之间的缺陷，而在初步的研究，发现以镍金属直接诱导横向结晶的方式，经由低温长时间回火之后，由於镍金属扩散的关系，完成诱导结晶之后，有过多的镍金属聚集在顶部参杂的中间区域，而造成过多的缺陷累积，虽然电子迁移率有效的提升，但整体的电性并不如预期，因此提出先形成镍金属矽化物后，将未反应的镍金属或金属氧化物去除之后，再进行镍金属矽化物诱导横向结晶处理，经由结果观察得知在顶部掺杂区域部分没有明显的镍金属累积或污染，并且得到很好的整体电性，除了电子迁移率有效提升之外，次临界特性以及导通电流都能有效改善。
