Many literatures focus on preterm prediction study and evaluate every predictor. The predictors include cervical length and the size of some of fetal organs measured by ultrasound; the level of fFN, IGFBP-1, IL investigated in cervicovaginal fluid, serum relaxin, CRP and HbA1c in mother's blood, MMP-8, MCP-1 and ITAC in amniotic fluid which correlated with infection.

The chapter two was focused on the samarium diiodide promoted organic reactions and their applications in organic synthesis, firstly, a new synthesis of highly substituted cyclopentadienes from a,β-alkynone promoted by samarium diiodide was investigated and the highly substituted cyclopentadienes were prepared in moderate to good yields under mild conditions. Secondly, the Michael addition and Michael-aldol tandem reaction of diorganyl diselenides or diorganyl disulfides with α,β-alkynones mediated by samarium diiodide were studied and a series of alkenylsulfides and alkenylselenides were prepared in good yields. Then the highly regioselecfive nucleophilic addition of the allylsamarium bromide to α,β-alkynones were explored. We found that the allylsamarium bromide reacts with α,β-alkynones to afford regiospecificly 1. 2-nucleophilic addition products in good yields under mild condition. At last we studied the coupling reaction of aryl halides promoted by NiCl〓/PPh〓/Sm〓.

第二章 研究了二碘化钐、金属钐促进的有机反应：1、二碘化钐促进下α，β-炔基酮的偶联环化反应，提供了一种制备多取代环戊二烯的新方法；2、二碘化钐促进下的二硫醚、二硒醚与α，β-炔基酮的Michael加成反应，为高产率地制备多取代的烯基硫或烯基硒化合物提供了方便可靠的新方法；3、二碘化钐促进下的二硫醚、二硒醚与α，β-炔基酮和醛、酮的Michael—aldol串联反应，提供了一种一锅法高产率地制备多取代的含硫的烯丙基醇或含硒的烯丙基醇类化合物的方便可靠的原子经济性的新方法；4、烯丙基溴化钐与α，β-炔基酮的高度区域选择性的1，2-亲核加成反应；5、NiCl〓/PPh〓/Sm〓促进的卤代芳烃的偶联反应-一种从各种卤代芳烃制备联苯类化合物的有效方法。

The molecular sieve is prepared in the steps: at the room temperature, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide is mixed and dissolved with the sodium hydroxide, and is added with TEOS in dropping way, and simultaneously added with Me metal salt water solution and lanthanum nitrate solution in dropping way; the pH value of the mixed solution is adjusted by acetic acid to be 10 to 11, and is mixed for 1 to 2 hours after being stabilized; the sol is moved into a polyfluortetraethylene bottle to be heated and crystallized for 2 days in the oven at the temperature of 100 DEG C; after filtering, washing and drying for nights, and being calcined in a muffle at the temperature of 550 DEG C for 3 to 7 hours, the dual-metal-atom improved MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve is obtained.

该分子筛的制备为室温下，将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和氢氧化钠混合溶解，搅拌并滴加入TEOS，同时滴加入Me金属盐水溶液和硝酸镧溶液并搅拌，用乙酸调节pH值至10～11，稳定后搅拌1～2小时，溶胶转入聚四氟乙烯瓶中在100℃下烘箱水热晶化2天，经过滤、洗涤、干燥过夜，马弗炉550℃焙烧3-7h，得双金属原子改性MCM-41介孔分子筛产品。

According to the evaluate and the sift through light paraffine isomerization catalyst,It showsthat preparated Pt-SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3 catalyst achieved superior activity under the condition thatthe calcination temperature is 650°C、 concengtration of SO_4~(2-) is 0.5mol/L、 the content ofAl_2O_3 is 30% and content of Pt is 5%.

通过对轻质烷烃异构化催化剂的评价与筛选，表明所制备的 Pt-SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3 催化剂在焙烧温度为 650°C 、SO_4~(2-)浓度为 0.5mol/L、第二金属氧化物组分 Al_2O_3含量为 30%，金属 Pt 含量为 0.3%时，该催化剂用于异构化反应效果最佳。
