The results show that, Au-19.25Ag-12.80Ge brazing alloy is better, its melting temperature range is 446.76494.40 ℃, and the temperature interval between the solidus and the liquidus is 47.64 ℃. When the brazing temperature is in the range of 510550 ℃, the alloy has a good spreadability and wettability with Ni. Interface structure observation reveals that there is one continuous intermetallic layer between the brazing alloy and the base metal Ni when welding. X-ray energy spectrum analysis results show that the intermetallic layer is Ge3Ni5, and because of its brittleness, the overthick intermetallic layer will decrease the shear strength of the welding joint, therefore, the welding technology should be controlled so as to gain an ideal welding interface structure.
研究结果表明:Au-19.25Ag-12.80Ge合金的性能较好,其熔化温度范围为446.76~494.40 ℃,结晶温度区间为47.64 ℃;焊接温度在510~550 ℃范围内时,Au-19.25Ag-12.80Ge钎料合金与Ni基体具有良好的铺展性和润湿性,焊接时钎料合金与Ni基体之间形成了一条连续的金属间化合物层,能谱分析表明该金属间化合物层为Ge3Ni5,由于该化合物较脆,过厚的金属间化合物层使焊接接头的剪切强度下降,故应适当控制焊接工艺以获得理想的焊接界面组织。

In the thesis, a series of novel single and multi-armed oxadiazole bridging ligands and pyridyl-4, 5-imidazole dicarboxylic acid ligands have been synthesized. The coordination chemistry of these novel ligands with transition metal ions was investigated. In addition, two 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole bridging ligands end-capped by chelating Schiff-base coordination sites have been designed and synthesized. The coordination chemistry based on one of the two ligands with metal ions was primarily investigated.
本文报道了一系列新颖的含1, 3, 4-Oxadiazole杂环的单臂及多臂有机配体,研究了它们与过渡金属离子的配位反应化学;合成了吡啶基-4,5-咪唑二羧酸有机配体,研究了它们在水热条件下与过渡金属离子的配位反应化学;另外,还合成了1, 3, 4-Oxadiazloe杂环桥联的双Schiff-base有机配体,初步探讨了其与过渡金属离子的配位反应化学。

For the first time we synthesized nanoscale metal hydrides of lanthanum, neodymium, samarium, dysprosium, and ytterbium with high efficiency under mild condition by complexometric catalysis instead of traditional preparation at high temperature and high pressure. It is for the first time that we synthesized lanthanide organic compounds with catalysts or initiating agents at atmosphere and ambient temperature,and some of them are new compounds. Nanometric lanthanide metal powders are prepared by thermal decomposition of the compounds in vacuum. Differently from the traditional method, size of the products prepared by our method is less than 40nm, and the activity of the reaction is very high. They are pyrophoric at atmosphere. They can make some reactions without activity or low activity show extremely high activity .We investigated influent regulations of methods, conditions to scale and special surface.

In this paper, material properties of the segment of the porous metal-bonded diamond grinding wheel were researched by finite element simulation. Segments were manufactured according to the design result and their elastic modulus was measured. The key points are as follows: The influence of the porosity on the elastic modulus was analyzed through a finite element method. In the FEM model, the design variable only includes the porosity, and the tetrakaidecahedron model is applied as the microstructure model of porous metal matrix. The corresponding porosity was decided in order to meet the requirement of the elastic modulus.
