A method for determinating the activities of pectinase was proposed in this paper. It can produce the red-brown amino compounds when 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid and aldehyde were heated together. The amino compounds had maximum absorbency at 540nm. In certain range, there was a good linear relationship between the amount of reducing sugar and the color of the reaction mixture.

针对QB1502-92标准测定方法测定高活力果胶酶、固定化果胶酶活力存在的实验误差大，重现性及灵敏度差的缺陷，提出了利用3，5-二硝基水杨酸与醛糖共热产生棕红色的氨基化合物，在一定范围内还原糖的量和含有呈色氨基化合物的反应液颜色深浅成正比的原理，在540nm下测其吸光度，从而计算出果胶酶活力的测定方法，并对测定步骤、影响因素及测定中可能出现的问题进行了试验研究。

A new dehumidification air conditioning was put forward on the research above. The procedures were as follows. Firstly, on the basis of thermocompression air conditioning, liquid dehumidification system was added. Secondly, dehumidification solution was sprayed on the evaporator and condensator directly. The evaporator's cooling was used in dehumidification. The condensator's heat was used in the solution's regeneration. The latent heat charge and sensible heat charge were treated at the same time in this air conditioning process.

通过对上述内容的研究，提出了一种新型除湿空调，在现有蒸气压缩空调系统基础上，加入液体除湿系统，将除湿溶液直接喷淋在蒸发器和冷凝器上，用蒸发器冷量实现带冷却除湿，用冷凝器热量对稀溶液进行再生，实现对空气调节过程中潜热负荷和显热负荷同时进行处理。

The several kinds of Ag-NiFe2O4 cermets with different mass percent of Ag have prepared. Microstructural changes were observed by scanning electronic microscope and composition was determined with x-ray detector. Effect of different content of Ag on the density, property of thermal shock,conductivity and corrodent rate were tested. The results showed that the thermal shock performance and conductivity have improved in company with the addition of content of Ag.
