The AVS-SEM distribution in the sediments of Guanting Reservoir and Yongding River was studied and the metal concentration in the water above the sediments and the pore water was measured. Based on the results, the reaction between the sediments and metal ions were discussed and the heavy metal pollution of the sediments in Guanting Reservoir and Yongding River was evaluated preliminarily.

官厅水库沉积物，由于处于缺氧性环境，沉积物中的酸可挥发性硫化物控制着大多数金属离子在沉积物和孔隙水两相间的分配，本文通过现场采样，分析了官厅水库和永定河沉积物中的AVS—SEM的分布，同时测定了沉积物上覆水以及部分样点的孔隙水中的重金属浓度，探讨了沉积物与重金属离子的作用；并根据采样分析结果对官厅水库及永定河沉积物中的重金属污染做了初步评价。

Despite of some difference effected by acetosalicylic acid between this two kind of plants,we found that the enhancement of relative membrane penetration by heavy metal stress was reduced, the peroxidation of membrane lipids was alleviated and to some degree protected the membrane from injury by Cd~(2+),thus ultimately promoted the tolerance ability of plants to heavy metal stress .

尽管乙酰水杨酸对两种实验材料发挥作用的浓度范围有一定差别，但在受镉离子污染的培养液中施加乙酰水杨酸后，乙酰水杨酸均能有效的抑制重金属Cd~(2+)胁迫引起的细胞膜透性增加、膜脂过氧化水平升高，从而延缓了重金属对膜结构的损伤，最终增强了植物体对水体重金属污染的抵抗能力。

The result showed that Imperata cylindrical, Digitaria sanguinalis, Erigeron acer Xanthium sibiricum and Hedyotis auricularia are the species with high tolerance to heavy metal pollutions adapted to the adverse conditions of wastelands. These species can be used as pioneer plants for recovety of the vegetation in the manganese-mined wastelands. The individual event pollution index of the heavy mentals, compared to their background values are higher than 2, with Pb as an exception, indicating that the soil in these areas has been contaminated and that Mn and Cd are the elements creating most serious pollution problems.

结果表明，白茅、马唐、飞蓬、苍耳、耳草对重金属有较强的耐性，而且能适应废弃地的不良环境，可作为锰矿废弃地生态恢复的先锋植物；用3种不同的背景值对废弃地土壤重金属污染程度的评价结果是一致的，除Pb外，5种重金属元素单项污染指数均大于2，表示被污染，其中以Mn、Zn、Cd污染最为严重。

In particular,Cu had a high concentration in the root of 〖WTBX〗Elsholtzia haichowensis〖WTBZ〗,being at 84465 mg/kg,which is 338~1689 times higher than the general content in plants (5~25 mg/kg).

Results showed that cultivation of milk vetch significantly lowered concentrations of heavy metals and soil comprehensive pollution index, and more or less the same as the treatments of organic reagents, except for effect on decreasing Zn and Cd concentrations and comprehensive heavy metal pollution index, which were not so big in scale. In this study,under laboratory conditions,using traditional microbiological culture method,select the Pb2+ stress training of Pistia stratiote and Myriophyllum spicatum L. under water culture, through the changs of root- microbial of Pistia stratiote and Myriophyllum spicatum L.,the results show that bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes have different concentrations under Pb2+ stress. It is specificity of ammonification, nitrification,andanti-Nitrosation after Pb2+ stress.
