根据衡重式挡土墙的设计理论，构造衡重式挡土墙的优化设计模型；通过比选常用于工程设计的优化设计方法，采用改进的十进制遗传算法，利用优体克隆+子体优生操作等先进技术对衡重式挡土墙的截面形式进行全局搜索，从而实现衡重式挡土墙的优化设计。

The fabrication of fibers was attempted. The copolymers, the copolymers containing MOCT and the copolymer films containing MOCT were characterized by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Thermogravimetric Analyzer and X-ray Diffraction etc. The conclusions were summarized as following,1. The AN/MMA copolymers were testified that copolymerization of most AN and MMA occurred and the ratio of AN and MMA in copolymer was less than the ratio of monomers. With the increase of the contents of MMA, the viscosity of copolymer solution, molecular weight and decomposition temperature of copolymers increase.

通过傅立叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、X-射线衍射分析等测试方法对得到的AN／MMA共聚物、含有正十八烷微胶囊的共聚物以及共聚物膜等进行了测试和分析，得到如下的研究结论： 1、丙烯腈—甲基丙烯酸甲酯之间发生了聚合反应，共聚物的组成比略小于投料比；共聚物的粘度和分子量随着第二单体MMA加入量的增加有增大的趋势；第二单体加入量的增大使得共聚物的分解温度升高，通过热重分析证实当AN／MMA摩尔比为85／15时，共聚物的耐热稳定性较高。

Carl Sagan has entertainingly described this phenomenon, musing about the destiny of bacteria that reproduce by dividing into two every 15 minutes. Says Sagan:"That means four doublings an hour, and 96 doublings a day. Although a bacterium weighs only about a trillionth of a gram, its descendants, after a day of wild asexual abandon, will collectively weigh as much as a mountain...in two days, more than the sun - and before very long, everything in the universe will be made of bacteria." The main results were as follows:An appropriate concentration of ethephon sprayed on leaves of peanut made stems and branchs height shorter,but more branches;The fresh weight and dry weight per unit of leaf area and per plant increased;It optimized some physiological and biochemical characteristics in the leaves.It was showed that the ethephon increased obviously the contents of protein and chlorophyll and the activity of SOD and POD in the leaves,and improved the rates of photosynthesis and transpiration of the leaves,and increased the activity of the roots,but decreased the content of MDA in the leaves;It improved the quantity of pods,the percentage of plumy pods and the peanut yield.

结果表明：喷施适宜浓度的乙烯利可使植株相对矮化，抑制花生地上部分的生长，使主茎和分枝长比对照短，但分枝数较多；提高单位叶面积鲜重、干重以及植株鲜重、干重；优化花生植株的生理生化特性，表现为显著提高了花生叶片的蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量及SOD和POD活性，增强了花生叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率，增强了主根活力，降低了花生叶片的丙二醛和可溶性糖含量；提高植株的单株结荚数、饱果率和产量。

Data pre-processing technologies such as singular points elimination, registration and radius compensation are studied. Base on chord high difference algorithm, a new one called chord high difference-ratio algorithm is proposed to improve veracity and robusticity of singular points elimination. Then, a registration algorithm based on local surface reconstruction is proposed, which avoids infaust influence coming from single reference point error.

During the early growth stage of seedlings, basal stem diameter and paripinnate number were decreased with the increasing of shade, taproot length, root : shoot ratio, total dry weight and leaf area per seedling were maximal under 37.3% NS, specific leaf area was increased with the increasing of shade, but the relative growth rate was declined. Seedlings grew fastest under 0.6% NS, suggesting that nutrients stored in seeds played an important role at the early growth stage. The treatment of 37.3% NS was best for established seedlings in seedling height, basal stem diameter, paripinnate number, rachis length, the maximum sub-leaflet number of individual paripinnate, leaf area per seedling, relative growth rate and net assimilation rate. Light intensity was positively correlated to total dry weight, and negatively to specific leaf area. The maximum of SLA was observed under 15.5% NS.
