The results showed that when the concentration of Pb(superscript 2+) was lower than 400 mg/L, effect on the germination root length, bud length, root weight, bud weight, the root activity and the proline content of the garden balsam were not obvious.

Vent were studied in this experiment based on scanner-based image analysis. The results showed that drought and AM inoculation had a large, significant effect on plant development. Biomass, total length, surface area, volume, number of root nodes, average diameter and fractal dimension of root system in Broussonetia papyrifera Vent decreased with the reduction of soil moisture, while they were increased by AM inoculation. Special root length in non-AM plants increased when soil moisture was reducing, but it was decreased by AM inoculation.

Result Galium aparina water extract had some effects on the germination rate, roots length, stem length and fresh weight. The water extract decreased the germination rate and roots length of the 3 vegetables, but its effects on the stem length and fresh weigh was variable in different species.

结果］猪殃殃水提液对3种蔬菜的发芽率、根长、茎长、鲜重都有一定的影响；对发芽率、根长均表现为抑制作用，对茎长和鲜重的化感作用则因物种不同而不同。

The growth of plantlets with the height of 1-2 cm and 3-4 leaves was compared on MS basal medium containing various organic compounds, including banana, carrot, potato, coconut water, and tryptone. The result showed that the growth of oncidium plantlets was the best on medium containing banana, potato and tryptone altogether with respect to their plant height, leave number, root number, root length, fresh weight, and dry weight. The next better media were the control and the Banana medium, followed by the Potato medium.

Result Under the same growing conditions and cultivations, comparing with control group, both the fresh weight and the total sugar content of chicory root in group of P-applied and K-applied had significant differences (P.05). Considering the economic returns, the group of P-applied was better than the control group and the group of P-applied, it had the largest fresh weight, fresh yield of chicory root and the total sugar content.

结果］结果表明：在相同的生长条件和栽培方式下，相比对照组，每公项追加磷肥120kg与每公顷追加钾肥100kg均有利于菊苣根重以及总糖含量的增加，综合考虑经济效益，追加钾肥明显优于对照组和追加磷肥组，不仅鲜根重增加、含糖量较高，其鲜草产量也最大。

Non-inoculum was used as the control. The plants were harvested after 60 days of growth. The results showed that AM fungi could colonize the roots of mung bean. Shoot dry mass of the bean was increased by AMF inocula, although there was no significant difference of the root between each treatment.
