The three types of reconstructed embryos(reconstructed embryo of goat-rabbit, goat-bovine and goat-goat) were produced respectively by nuclear transfer using goat ear firbroblast cells as donors and rabbit, bovine and goat ooctyes as recipients, and the factors of cytoplast environments influencing cloned embryo development in vitro, cytoplast effect in nuclear transfer, the methods of transferring cloned embryo and the effects of pregnancy factor on implantation of cloned embryo were studied in this experiment, in order to supply basis for solving the difficulty of implantation of inter-species cloned embryo in recipient and improving the efficiency of cloning.

本试验以波尔山羊耳成纤维细胞为供体，分别以牛、羊、兔的卵母细胞为受体进行体细胞核移植，构建了山羊-兔、山羊-牛和山羊-山羊三种重构胚。研究了不同的胞质环境对重构胚体外发育的影响与核移植中的胞质效应，并对异种克隆胚胎采用了去透明带移植和配种后再移植的方法，探讨移植方法和妊娠因子对异种克隆胚胎在受体动物体内发育的影响，旨在为解决异种克隆胚移植不易着床发育的难题和为提高动物克隆效率提供理论依据。

Several numerical examples for the two-dimensional impenetrable and penetrable obstacles with arbitrary shapes is given to demonstrate that the algorithm yields a reasonable reconstruction of the obstacle even when 10% errors are added to the Fourier coefficient of the far-field pattern.

本文提出通过逆向工程技术重构出实际冲压件的型面并以此型面为修边后实际冲压件的型面，然后采用强制变形仿真的方法建立设计模型和实际冲压件重构模型的网格和节点映射关系。将设计修边线按一定精度离散成点，然后根据修边方向计算出各点在网格上形成的投影点和投影线交点，根据之前计算出来的网格和节点映射关系就可以计算出投影点和投影线交点在变形后的新坐标，将其拟合成曲线就可以得到变形后修边线的形状。

采用混沌理论预测系统边际电价针对我国电力市场电价变化特点，利用电价和负荷时间序列的混沌特性，重构准确的电价序列相空间，通过跟踪相空间相邻相点的演化趋势，建立基于快速BP网络的电价预测模型，对我国川渝电网电价进行预测，取得良好效果利用混沌动力系统的相空间重构理论，结合神经网络的非线性映射和泛化能力建立预测模型，提出一种新的预测方法实现了相点演化过程的全局跟踪，对"价格钉"进行预测，提高了预测精度，有效解决了负预测问题，得到满意的结果。

Due to the nonlinear and nonstationary of river water turbidity, a novel intelligent forecasting model based on phase space reconstruction and RBF neural network is proposed. Firstly, the embedding dimension is chosen by using the false nearest neighbor method. And the time delay can be obtained with the mutual information. The phase space is reconstructed from the time series with the embedding dimension and the time delay got. The reconstructed time array is used as the input signal of RBF neural network.

首先将现场取得的数据进行预处理，建立所需时间序列样本；再利用虚假邻域法确定最小嵌入维数，根据互信息法计算确定浊度时间序列的最佳延迟时间；接着根据取得的嵌入维数和延迟时间对江水浊度时间序列数据进行相空间重构；利用重构相空间后的时间阵列，作为建立预报模型所需的浊度样本阵列，用RBF神经网络建立预报模型；利用该模型对江水浊度进行预报。

Aiming at the currently shortage of XML streams quality detecting, this paper proposes a new forecasting method of XML streams quality by least squares support vector machines, which is used the method of XML keys' vector matrix as windows, and vector product wavelet transform to multilevel decompose and refactor the XML streams series, that can fulfill real-time checking demand of XML quality, and ensure constraint, consist- ency and integrality. For even more adapting net load, it proposes a control strategy by weight and adaptive adjustment to ensure XML streams quality.
