This paper proposes s new method to construct wavelets decomposing and reconstructing matrices of wavelet coefficients without iterative calculation in symmetrical extension for finite length signal ,and correspondingly gives the base vectors and basis images of 9/7 wavelet. The matrices can be used for image-partition processing based on wavelet method.

给出了对称延拓方式下有限长信号不需逐级计算而直接得到小波系数的分解矩阵和由这些小波系数重构原信号的重构矩阵的构造方法，并给出了常用的相应于9/7小波的分解矩阵和重构矩阵及其基向量，它们可广泛用于基于小波的图像分块处理中。

The first one is integrated by the least squares and the radical basis function interpolation, which is aimed to the slight nonlinear sensors, and under the limited increament of computation, it can make the results more precise. The second is used for serious nonlinearity and based on the moving least squares which converts the approximation generally into locally, and the result of this way is also satisfied.

对于不是特别严重的非线性，采用最小二乘拟合与径向基函数残差插值进行融合重构，可以在增加有限计算量条件下提高数据的近似精度；对于非线性较严重的传感器，为兼顾局部特性，采用移动最小二乘法进行数据重构，它通过全局近似向局部近似的转化，同样使重构结果具有满意的近似精度。

In order to eliminate the aliasing, at each step of decomposition or reconstruction, fast Fourier transform is performed the result obtained by convolving the input signal with filters, setting frequency spectrum of the redunctant frequency components to be zero, and inversely fast Fourier transforms the result after zeroing. The result after processing is the input signal of next step,and single sub-band reconstruction is implemented to extract the feature item of GPS data sequence.

In this paper, the practical WDM multi-granularity traffic switching testing network is constructed and a novel method using eye diagram to monitor optical performance in the network is proposed. The method is demonstrated in the reconfigurable WDM multi-granularity traffic switching all-optical network and it results that it can realize supervision of optical signal to noise ratio, time jittering, channel power, extinction ratio and bit error rate of optical data stream of any wavelength channel in the network. The method is transparent to signal protocol and bit rates and is able to distinguish between different optical impairments.

摘要波分复用多粒度交换可重构全光网是当前光通信网发展的方向，该文构造了一种实际试验网，提出了一种&眼图法&对网中数字光信号进行全面监控的方法，并在自建WDM多粒度交换可重构全光网试验床上进行了演示，结果显示在网络重构等各种条件下均可对网中各波长通道数字信号的信噪比、定时抖动、功率、误码率等进行实时监测控制，该方法对光信号的协议和速率透明且能对各种光性能劣化进行鉴别。
