In the first part, depending on three or more images, the main research work are listed as follows:(1) using SVD decomposition to realize projective reconstruction;(2) realizing camera self-calibration by solving Kruppa's equation;(3) recovering Euclidean reconstruction from projective reconstruction. Depending on only two images, the main researches are:(1) making out infinite plane homography matrix by using scene structure information, then recovering affine reconstruction from projective reconstruction;(2) making out the absolute conic images by using scene structure information, and then recovering Euclidean reconstruction from projective reconstruction.

在第一部分中，针对三幅及三幅以上的图像，主要研究：①利用矩阵奇异值分解实现射影重构，②通过求解Kruppa方程实现摄像机自标定，③由射影重构恢复欧氏重构；针对只有两幅图像的情况，主要研究：①利用场景结构信息求解无穷远平面的单应矩阵，由射影重构恢复仿射重构，②利用场景结构信息求解绝对二次曲线的像，由仿射重构恢复欧氏重构。

This paper introduced that how resynthesize the neural firing rate by correlogram inversion,how resume the lost information by half wave rectification inversion.and a solution of speech enhancement based on masking properties of human auditory is proposed and implemented,we can not only analyse and resynthesize speech signal ,but also analyse and resynthesize speech signal in noisy entironment with the system.

又根据听觉生理特点提出了抗噪声方案，使我们的语音分析／重构系统不仅可以对无噪信号进行重构，而且还可以在噪声环境下的语音信号进行重构。

The experiment results were as following:All cytoplast recipients derived from oocytes of rabbit, bovine and goat can support early development of cloned embryo, the fusion rate of reconstructed embryos of goat-bovine and goat-rabbit were 59.91% and 74.10%, their cleaved rate were 57.48% and 72.57%, blastocyst rate were 9.59% and18.06% respectively, and the fusion of reconstructed embryos of goat-rabbit and goat-goat were 60.01% and 74.10%, their cleaved rate were 56.68% and 72.57%, blastocyst rate were 11.76% and18.06% respectively.

试验获得了如下结果：1。以山羊耳成纤维细胞为供体，以牛、羊、兔卵母细胞做为胞质受体构建重构胚，并经体外培养，发现不同的胞质受体均能支持重构胚的早期发育，但受体胞质对重构卵的重构胚早期发育速度和卵裂率均有显著影响。

The degradating and redistributing of ECM were migration of VSMC and vascular remodeling through inhibiting the production of PDGF-BB and the activation of MMPs so to prevent the vascular stenosis.⑤Orthotopic hybridism in situ: The expression of MMP-3 increased after operation, the tendency and intensity were parallel to the expression of NF-κB. Tongxinluo could decrease the expression of MMP-3 and NF-κB. The study showed that the producting and activating of MMP-3 were modulated by NF-κB. The inhibition to the producting and activating of MMp-3 of Tongxinluo was mediated by inhibiting the activating of NF-κB. Conclusion ①The rabbit vascular stenosis model could be established successfully by plain balloon damage, the operation process was easy, economical and practical.

①单纯球囊损伤可成功建立典型家兔血管狭窄模型，操作方法简单，经济实用；②以VSMC增殖、迁移为主的内膜增厚以及以ECM降解、合成与再分布所致的血管重构是导致受损血管狭窄的根本原因；③通心络能明显抑制VSMC的增殖、迁移和ECM降解、合成，阻止血管内膜增生和血管重构，防止受损血管狭窄；该作用可能与其减少和阻止PDGF-BB的产生和活性，以及抑制MMPs的表达和恢复MMPs/TIMPs平衡有关；④通心络能显著抑制球囊损伤后血管内膜增生和血管重构，可能与其保护血管内皮，改善内皮功能，增加血清NO含量有关；⑤通心络抑制内膜增生和血管重构，减轻受损血管狭窄，还可能是通过抑制NF-κB的活化途径而起作用的。

The result shows that all the three polynomials can be used to reconstruct the wavefront correctly, the reconstruction precision of the orthogonal Zemike polynomial in square zone is comparatively better though the difference of the reconstruction precision among the three polynomials is not apparent.
