Through the treatments of defoliate, darken ear and darken peduncle, we studied the effects of wheat photosynthesis organs on five items, such as 1000-grain weight, grain weight/ear, grain number/ear, contribution to 1000-grain weight and contribution to grain weight/ear in different fertilizations.

为了解小麦光合器官对产量的作用以及施肥的调节效应，通过剪叶、包穗、包穗下节等处理，研究了不同施肥条件下小麦光合器官对千粒重、穗粒重、穗粒数的影响以及对千粒重贡和穗粒重的贡献率。

Rabbit anti-thrombosis in oral fungus polysaccharides 18.5mg/kg, can significantly extend the specificity of thrombus and fibrin thrombus formation time and shorten the length of thrombus, reduce the thrombus wet weight and dry weight, reduce platelet count, lower platelet adhesion rate and blood viscosity, and can significantly shorten the guinea pig euglobulin lysis time, lower plasma fibrinogen levels, elevated plasmin activity, results showed that the fungus polysaccharides significantly antithrombotic effect.

抗血栓形成兔口服木耳多糖18.5mg/kg，可明显延长特异性血栓及纤维蛋白血栓的形成时间，缩短血栓长度，减轻血栓湿重和干重，减少血小板数，降低血小板粘附率和血液粘度，并可明显缩短豚鼠优球蛋白溶解时间，降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量，升高纤溶酶活性，结果表明，木耳多糖有明显的抗血栓作用。

Three QTLs detected for maximum adventitious root length in solution culture, total root dry weight in both solution culture and paper culture accounted for about 20%, 23% and 13% of the total variations, respectively.

Stressing on "fine reputation","quality","service","credit","practice", not only the grandeur.④Encouraging the innovation, not the unearthliness, playing down the effect of entertainment stars or idols, decreasing the fashion index.⑤"personality" is not the "self central". Social sense of responsibility and interpersonal "feeling of affinity" are both intensified.3.1.2 Factor analysis, revealing 19 value element vectors, which include "comfort","personality","simple","fine reputation","responsibility","service","price","wisdom","distinction","enthusiasm","stimulation","taste","sex difference","quality","vigor","idol","fashion","affinity","aesthetic" and so on. Four orientation diagrams coordinated with the average factors and the standard deviations of these 19 value elements, described the multi directional value orientation structure for China college students' sportswear consumption.3.1.3 Clustering analysis are applied to classify the former 19 value elements, which discovered that three inferior group are classified from the college students' consumption group based on the whole specimen data. It could be the reference of enterprise brand building for the orientation of consumption values.3.2 General personal values, self conception and demographic are lead into as three major variables for the interrelationship analysis of sportswear consumption value system.3.2.1 Firstly, the college students having their general values and existing the inferior group feature regarding to the consumption values.

三、研究的主要成果及其意义对中国大学生休闲服消费价值体系进行探索性分析1、首先对中国大学生休闲服消费价值观量化问卷所调查的样本数据进行频数统计趋向性分析，发现呈现的主要特点有：(1)"个性化"和"简约"已成为潮流，而寻"刺激"、找"激情"总体收敛；(2)追求"美感"，更不放弃"舒适"，两者兼得才是完美；(3)重"美誉"、讲"质量"，重"服务"、讲"信用"，求实际、不求高贵，"明智"有素；(4)求新不求怪异，明星、偶像效应淡化、时尚指数不高；(5)"个性化"不是"唯我化"，社会责任感和人际"亲和力"在强化。2、其次对样本数据进行因子分析，揭示出以"舒适"、"个性"、"简约"、"美誉"、"责任"、"服务"、"价格"、"明智"、"独特"、"激情"、"刺激"、"品位"、"性差"、"质量"、"活力"、"偶像"、"时尚"、"亲和"和"美感"等十九个价值元素为矢量的休闲服消费价值体系，并以因子均值和标准差为参数勾画出19个价值元素坐标四方位图，从总体上描述了中国大学生休闲服消费多维的价值取向结构。3、再者进行聚类分析，对上述十九个休闲服消费价值元素作不同量值的分类，发现在样本总量中可以细分为有较大区分度的三个类别，呈现出大学生消费群体中存在休闲服消费价值体系不同的亚群体，可为以消费价值观为取向的企业品牌价值定位提供参考基谱。

METHODS: We counted M. vaccae by UV spectrophotometry, wet weight measurement and plate count method, and built up two standard curves. One was drawn according to the results of UV spectrophotometry to plate count and the other was humid weight to plate count.

The experiment two: enzyme preparation significantly improved average daily gainand feed conversion ratio (P＜0.05). Enzyme preparation significantly increased energymetabolizability and digestibility of crude fiber, crude protein and neutral detergent fiber,but had no remarkable effect on digestibility of dry matter, crude fat and acid detergentfiber. Enzyme preparation significantly decreased the relative viscosity of duodenal andjejunal digesta. The pH of intestine had no noticed difference in all groups. Enzymepreparation significantly decreased relative weight of gizzard, proventficulus, duodenum,jejunum and ileum. Enzyme preparation significantly increased villus size of duodenumand jejunum, and villus to crypt ratio of duodenum and ileum significantly increased too.Enzyme preparation considerably decreased ileal crypt height (P＜0.05), and didn"t affectthickness of intestinal wall. Supplementing enzyme preparation, the serum glucose, totalprotein and alanine aminotransferase, but enzyme preparation hadn"t noticed influenceupon uric acid, total cholesterol, triglyceride and high-density lipoproteins. Enzymepreparation significantly increased insulin, triiodothyronine and insulin-like growthfactor-Ⅰ. Adding enzyme preparation, the percentage of thyroid stimulating hormone andgrowth hormone in the serum increased 16.44%, 19.18% and 18.84%, 21.74%respectively, and the percentage of glucagon and thyroxine decreased 12.07%, 14.36% and 13.79%, 15.40%, but failed to reach statistical significance (P＞0.05). Enzymepreparation significantly increased (P＜0.05) the trypsin and amylase activity of duodenaland jejunal digesta, but enzyme preparation didnt affect significantly (P＞0.05) theintestinal lipase activity and pancreatic digestive enzyme. Enzyme preparation had nosignificant effect on caecal microbial population.

试验二：酶制剂显著提高平均日增重和饲料转化率(P＜0.05)；酶制剂显著提高能量代谢率及粗纤维、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维消化率(P＜0.05)，而对干物质、粗脂肪、酸性洗涤纤维消化率影响不显著；酶制剂显著降低十二指肠和空肠食糜相对粘度(P＜0.05)；添加酶制剂对肠道pH影响不显著；酶制剂显著降低肌胃、腺胃、十二指肠、空肠、回肠相对重(P＜0.05)，显著提高十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度，显著增加十二指肠和回肠绒毛高度／隐窝深度，降低回肠隐窝深度(P＜0.05)，对肠壁厚度影响不显著；酶制剂显著提高血清葡萄糖、总蛋白和谷丙转氨酶浓度(P＜0.05)，对尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及高密度脂蛋白浓度影响不显著，显著提高胰岛素、T_3、IGF-Ⅰ水平，添加酶制剂后，促甲状腺激素、生长激素分别提高16.44％、19.18％和18.84％、21.74％，胰高血糖素和T_4分别降低12.07％、14.36％和13.79％、15.40％，但差异不显著；酶制剂对胰腺消化酶活性影响不显著，显著增加十二指肠和空肠胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶活性，对小肠脂肪酶活性影响不显著；酶制剂对盲肠微生物菌落数影响不显著。

This experiment was designed to investigated the effect of energy and lysine content of thediet on maternal body gain, total number born, litter weight, serum biochemical indexes and hormone level, by means of saturation-D best regression design, so as to improve the reproductive performance of primiparous sow and offer theoretical basis for feeding during gestation.

本试验旨在研究日粮消化能(DE，Digestible Energy)和真可消化赖氨酸(TDLys，True Digestible Lysine)含量对初产母猪不同妊娠阶段母体增重、胎儿数、窝重、血液生化指标和激素水平等的影响，为提高初产母猪的繁殖性能以及在妊娠期进行合理饲喂提供理论依据。
