The effects of 20~100 mg/L MS-222,Tricaine Methanesulphonat,were tested at water temperature 15~25 ℃ on two species of sturgeons,Acipenser sinensis and A.schrenckii.

以20~100 mg/L的MS-222在水温15~25℃条件下对中华鲟和施氏鲟(A.schrenckii)的麻醉效果进行试验，中华鲟或施氏鲟分别达到不同程度的麻醉状态甚至出现死亡。30~40 mg/L的MS-222具有较好的麻醉效果，鱼的活动量明显下降，可保持镇静并维持身体平衡和正常体位，麻醉48 h后，在清水中数分钟内可恢复正常游动状态，适合于长途运输。50~100 mg/L的MS-222对中华鲟和施氏鲟具有较强的麻醉作用，适合于进行短时间的操作，如捉拿、称重、测量、外科手术、体外标记等。

结果表明，盛铃期土壤施入氯化钾150 kg.hm-2，可提高棉花盛铃期至初絮期叶片SPAD值和Fv/Fm，Fv/Fo；加大叶片的E和C，提高叶片的Pn；棉花单株结铃数、铃重和衣分均有不同程度提高。

Vent were studied in this experiment based on scanner-based image analysis. The results showed that drought and AM inoculation had a large, significant effect on plant development. Biomass, total length, surface area, volume, number of root nodes, average diameter and fractal dimension of root system in Broussonetia papyrifera Vent decreased with the reduction of soil moisture, while they were increased by AM inoculation. Special root length in non-AM plants increased when soil moisture was reducing, but it was decreased by AM inoculation.

结果表明，土壤水分状况和接种菌根真菌对构树幼苗生物量积累产生了显著的影响；构树幼苗根系干重、总长度、表面积、体积、根节数目、根系平均直径和分形维数表现出随着土壤含水量的降低而降低，接种G.mosseae则使得该参数比同等水分条件下显著升高；未接种植株比根长SRL表现为随着土壤含水量的降低而升高，接种G.mosseae则降低了同等水分条件下构树幼苗的比根长；土壤水分和接种G.mosseae同样也对根节平均长度产生了影响。

The results showed that plant height, branching number, dry matter weight and uptake of B and Mo of Chamaecrista rotundifolia were increased by application of 1.0, 3.0, 7.0 mgkg^(-1) of boric acid or 0.5, 1.0, 4.0 mgkg^(-1) ammonium molybdate, the stabilities of cell wall, cell membrane and chloroplast membrane structure enhanced, the number of chloroplast increased, and the best effects were observed by the application of 3.0 mgkg^(-1) boric acid or 4.0 mgkg^(-1) ammonium molybdate.

结果表明，施用1.0、3.0、7.0mgkg^(-1)的硼酸或0.5、1.0、4.0mgkg^(-1)的钼酸铵都能增加圆叶决明的株高、分枝数、干物质重和硼／钼元素的吸收，稳定细胞壁、细胞膜、叶绿体膜的结构，增加叶绿体的数量；其中以3.0mgkg^(-1)的硼酸或4.0mgkg^(-1)的钼酸铵为最佳施用量。

Aqueous extract of cotton has allelopathic effect on Raphanus sativus, Brassica campestris, Lactuca indica, Brassica campestris, Echinochloa crusgall, Setaria viridis and Abutilon theophrasti and its inhibition effect gradually strengthens with increasing concentration. Aqueous extracts from stems, leaves and roots of cotton inhibit or accelerate seed germination and seedling growth, and activity of enzyme of seedling root of cotton. While aqueous extracts from stems and leaves of cotton are 0.02 gmL^(-1), root length, shoot length, lateral root number and dry weight of cotton respectively increase by 10.3%, 3.1%, 22.9% and 2.4% over the control. The above mentioned indexes are lower than the control by 34.4%, 39.2%, 40.6% and 19.0% respectively as the aqueous extracts are 0.1 gmL^(-1). At the same time, root activity and SOD activity decrease by 38.2% and 36.7%, while POD activity and MDA content increase by 52.3% and 36.5%. Growth indexes of plant receptors increase at low concentrations but decrease at high concentrations of aqueous extracts. The allelopathic effect of aqueous extract of stems and leaves is stronger than that of root.

结果表明：棉花植株水浸提液对萝卜、白菜、莴苣、油菜、稗草、狗尾草、苘麻均具有化感效应，随着作用浓度增加，抑制效应逐渐加强；棉花茎叶和根系水浸提液对棉花种子萌发、幼苗生长、幼苗根系活力、根系酶活性有抑制或促进作用，当茎叶浸提液浓度为0.02 gmL^(-1)时，棉花根长、苗高、侧根数、干重分别比对照增加10.3%、3.1%、22.9%和2.4%，当浓度为0.1 gmL^(-1)时，上述指标与对照相比分别降低34.4%、39.2%、40.6%和19.0%，而根系活力、SOD活性比对照降低38.2%、36.7%，POD活性、MDA含量较对照增加52.3%和36.5%，不同浓度棉花植株水浸提液对棉花生长呈现&低促高抑&的规律，且茎叶浸提液作用效应大于根系浸提液。

Results The result in 4 weeks showed that the laying rate of trial group and control group was 83.86%and 69.96% respectively; broken egg rate and malformed egg rate of trial group were 1.28% and 4.33%, that of control group was 1.69% and 1.19%; total egg number and hatchable egg number of trial hen were more than that of control hen 3.89 and 3.26 respectively ; average egg weight was not affected. E2 level in blood of trial group was higher than control group.

结果：在4周的实验期内实验组和对照组的产蛋率分别为83.86%和69.96%；破蛋率分别为1.28%和1.69%，畸形蛋率分别为4.33%和1.19%；实验组平均每只鸡的产蛋总数比对照组多3.89个、合格种蛋数多3.26个；药物处理对平均蛋重无显著影响；使用溴隐停能够提高鸡血液中的雌激素水平。
