重建

Seven patients were admitted into this department in acute phase of trauma, repair of popliteal artery in 2 patients and repair of PMC and MCL in 4 patients were performed in this phase. Arthroscopic combined reconstruction of ACL and PCL with autografts was performed in all patients from 4 to 12 weeks after trauma, reconstruction of PLC with the posterior half of biceps femoris tendon tenodesis in 3 patients and reconstruction of PMC and MCL with femoral fascia in 1 patient were completed simultaneously.

］自2001年9月~2005年2月，13例病人（13膝）经关节镜检查证实ACL和PCL均断裂，其中5膝伴后内侧角、内侧副韧带损伤，4膝伴后外侧角损伤，2膝伴外侧半月板破裂，1膝伴内侧半月板损伤，3膝伴动脉损伤，2膝伴腓总神经损伤。7例病人于损伤后急性期入院，2膝于急性期行血管探查修复，4膝行膝后内侧角、内侧副韧带修复。13例病人于伤后4~12周在关节镜下行自体移植物单束ACL和PCL联合重建术，其中4例同期后1/2 股二头肌腱重建后PLC，1例同期阔筋膜PMC、MCL重建。

Method］from sept 2001 to feb 2005, 13 knees with combined acl and pcl tear in 13 patients were verified with arthroscopy. of them, 5 knee were combined with rupture of the posteromedial coner and medial collateral ligament, 3 combined with disruption of the posterolateral corner, 2 with lateral meniscus tear, 1 with medial meniscus tear, 3 associated with popliteal vascular injury and 2 with peroneal nerve injury. seven patients were admitted into this department in acute phase of trauma, repair of popliteal artery in 2 patients and repair of pmc and mcl in 4 patients were performed in this phase. arthroscopic combined reconstruction of acl and pcl with autografts was performed in all patients from 4 to 12 weeks after trauma, reconstruction of plc with the posterior half of biceps femoris tendon tenodesis in 3 patients and reconstruction of pmc and mcl with femoral fascia in 1 patient were completed simultaneously.

Methods:50 whole brains were serially horizonatally sliced with each section 2 mm in thickness.The two -dimensional image of each section was corrected and aligned at first.After corre spondence by experts identifying thalami,tiling based on contour matching and surface-fitting with NURBS interpolation,thalami were reconstructed on computer.

对50只整脑100个丘脑作2 mm厚的连续水平切面，运用表面重建法对丘脑进行计算机三维重建；首先对各切面二维图像进行配准与校正，再采用专家辩认核团、基于轮廓匹配的轮廓拼接、非线性有理B样条插值等方法手段，精确地重建了丘脑。

The results suggested that vascular remodeling was the most prominent in LCA subjected to low shear stress accompanied by hypertension, which is regulated through the changing expression of p-Akt, p-p38, Rho GDIα. Tributyrin could affect the flow mediated carotid remodeling by both increasing apoptosis and decreasing proliferation of VSMCs through PI-3K/Akt, bcl-2, p53, p27. Tributyrin could have potential roles in treatment of vascular diseases, such as artherosclerosis and vascular restenosis, etc.

结果提示，高血压与切应力协同作用对血管重建的影响最为显著，Akt、p38和Rho GDIα信号通路参与了高血压与低切应力诱导的血管重建过程；Tributyrin对血管重建的干预作用是通过影响PI-3K信号通路，调节凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2以及细胞周期调控蛋白p53和p27的表达水平而实现的；Tributyrin有可能成为一种在动脉粥样硬化、血管再狭窄等疾病防治中有潜在临床应用价值的药物。

In the southern Taiwan's medical center, between January of 2002 and December 31 of 2004, a transecting (cross-sectional) analysis of the breast cancer patients with or without immediately TRAM flap breast reconstruction after mastectomy was carried out. A structural formula questionnaire was utilized to collect the followings: patient's demography , disease special , influence of breast reconstruction operation factor and the health-related quality of life .

研究方法：研究对象主要以在2002年1月至2004年12月31日曾经在台湾南部某医学中心就诊及行乳房改良型切除术后以立即性横位式腹直肌肌皮瓣重建或未重建的女性乳癌病患，进行横断性（cross-sectional）的研究调查，而病患人口学资料、疾病特质、影响「乳房重建手术」因素及健康相关生活品质等，即是利用结构式问卷搜集。

For reconstruction from contours, this dissertation uses Active Contour Model to check the boundary contours. The algorithm can generate single, continuous and close contours quickly. For reconstruction from voxel, this dissertation presents an algorithm to trace the boundary contours from segmented regions based on Active Contour Model. The algorithm can trace the contours of inter and outer connected multi-regions correctly and accurately, and can prevent tracing from jumping out to the neighbor region, also can define the contour precision and contour key points actively as snake is growing up.

对于基于轮廓线的表面重建，利用主动轮廓模型（Active Model，又称Snake Model）来完成断层图象上目标轮廓的提取，可以获得单象素连通的封闭的目标边界轮廓；针对基于体素的表面重建中实施了分割后的体数据，提出了一种基于主动轮廓模型完成二值图象中轮廓跟踪记录的方法，可以对同属于重建目标的内外邻接多区域进行正确和准确的边界轮廓跟踪，使得在跟踪当前轮廓时不会跨越到相邻轮廓，且主动轮廓的精度可以根据参数交互决定，尤其是能够在主动轮廓成长的同时主动定义轮廓关键点。

On the basis of the metioned above, in the mass, the thesis amalyzes the ecological problems that Wuzhong has and the reasons that result then in , ecological construction acheivments and it"s consumable affecs ;then in detail and using the way combined fix quatity with quality , analyzes the condition, degree, mechanism, processof ecological caustic of various regions and kinds of ecological systems in Wuzzhong, juging the feasibility of restore and reconstruction of them. The paper indicates, as a whole ,the degree of eological caustic of the region is relative severity, but the diffefences between the plain region and the mountains region are very obvious, and all of them can be retored and rconstructed, wich has been proved by theory and practices. According to the conclutions and combining them with the mature theory ecological fumction dividings and the condition of Wuzhong"s mature and society , the study divides the region into seven ecological functional areas. On basis of the ecological construction strategic targets presented by the governments of the country and Ningxia,Wuzhong and the caustic condions of different ecological system in defferent areas, the author design the models of ecological restoration and reconstruction for the different ecological areas and how to use them.

在此基础上，从宏观上分析了吴忠目前存在的主要生态问题和形成原因、生态建设成就与成果自耗因素，接着着重从微观上对吴忠各地的生态致损情况、各类生态系统的受损度、受损机理和过程、生态恢复与重建的可行性进行定量和定性分析判断，指出从整体上看该区域生态受损比较严重，但存在着明显的山川二元结构，其恢复与重建在理论和实践上均证明是可行的，并据此结合已成熟的区域生态功能区区划理论，以吴忠的自然、社会条件和其它有关区划结果等为依据，对吴忠整体进行了生态功能区区划，然后根据国家、宁夏与吴忠三级政府出台的各级别生态建设战略目标、任务，按照有关生态恢复学等有关理论，详细地对七大生态功能区中各受损生态系统的恢复与重建模式进行研究，提出了不同的生物与工程模式及实施办法、途径、措施。
