We observed the changes of the proprioceptors in the partly injuried ACL and the xenogeneic graft/artificial graft being used to reconstructing the injuried ACL with gold chlorid staining method and laser copolymerization electron micrography method to observe the morphological changes of the neuromechanism in the ligament tissue,with RT-PCR method to evaluate the proportion and the regeneration of the nerve component and with HRP retrograde tracking technology and electrophysiologic study to judge the functional changes of the neuromechanism in the ligament tissue,respectively.

本研究分别制作兔ACL部分损伤动物模型、异种肌腱移植物重建损伤ACL动物模型和LARS人工韧带重建损伤ACL动物模型，分别于术后不同时间点对损伤ACL/移植物进行氯化金染色光学显微镜检查和PGP9.5免疫荧光染色后激光共聚焦电子显微镜检查观察韧带内神经结构形态学变化，用RT-PCR法检测韧带中GAP-43和PGP 9.5的mRNA表达情况以评价损伤ACL/移植物内神经成分比例及神经再生情况，通过HRP逆行追踪技术和电生理检查(包括体感诱发电位和腘绳肌肌电图)评价损伤ACL/移植物内神经结构的功能情况。

During this period, the West Germans made sacrifices in trying to help rebuild the rickety economy in the east. Unemployment in the west rose from 5.7% in 1991 to 8.4% in 2003, with the number of enterprises declaring bankruptcy jumping from 8443 to 29,700 in the same period. The average annual burden placed on each wage-earning citizen of the west to help rebuild the east almost doubled from 3,993 Euros in 1991 to 6,796 Euros in 2003. This created a great burden on West German finance. Many West Germans, from all sectors, feel that reunification has become a bottomless pit, and say that the cost has been huge and there is no estimate of how much higher it will go.

Methods 49 cases with unilateral cleft lip were repaired on modified Millard's method. These ways include: The improved type"Ⅰ"didn't make cut under the anterior naris;the distinction between the wet and dry vermilion of the lip, and the application in the operation; closed in the wound near at pyriform aperture edge by"L-flap"and"M-flap"; relaxed alae nasi and made a slack cut in the nasal cavity; flexible use for"5～x"back cut and "C-flap".

对49例先天性单侧唇裂应用改良的Millard法修复：改良Ⅰ式不在患侧鼻孔下方作切口，减少了瘢痕形成；利用患侧干燥红唇组织重建健侧唇弓部分的红唇欠缺；利用小瓣&L&、&M&连同唇颊黏膜瓣来参与闭合梨状缘附近的伤口促进愈合；松解患侧鼻翼外侧脚及鼻腔内作松弛切口重建前鼻孔；灵活掌握&5～x&的返切和&C&瓣的旋转推进方向来延长唇高。

Extinction Tomography technique is a new Process tomography technique which is presented and developed recently. It amalgamates the optical measurement technology and the theory of image reconstruction from projection, reconstructs the some parameters distribution of measured field through the modulated effect of measured matter to the light.

本文通过对我国器测温度资料与代用温度资料的研究，分析了我国近一千年地表温度序列重建的可行性，并对我国过去千年地表温度序列重建做了初步尝试。

通过对器测温度资料与代用温度资料的研究，对中国过去1000年的地表温度序列进行了初步重建。重建主要以树轮年表资料为基础，采用不同方法分别合成具有年分辨率的400年与1000年西部温度序列，以及具有10年分辨率的400年全国温度序列和具有30年分辨率的1000年全国温度序列。

Results: Both MIP and SSD 3D images could direct display the shape, size and correlation of malleus and incus, the incus-stapedial joint was like"L-shape" structure, but it was difficult to exhibit the footplate, anterior and posterior crura of stepes.Cholesteatomas was found in 12 cases with chronic otitis media, that 3D images exhibited varying degrees of destruction of the auditory ossides, and the display ability of SSD 3D image was slightly better than that of MIP 3D image.

结果：MIP和SSD 3D重建都能直观地观察锤、砧骨的形态、大小及相互关系，砧镫关节呈&L&形，镫骨前后脚及底板显示欠佳。18例中耳炎患者中12例胆脂瘤形成，3D重建显示有不同程度的听小骨破坏，SSD 3D的显示效果略好于MIP 3D。
