重复法

A gas chromatographic method to determine the conversion of asymmetric hydrosilylation of acetophenone has been established.

建立了由气相色谱法测定苯乙酮不对称硅氢化反应转化率的定量方法，操作简便、迅速，重复性和精密度较好，多个样品各重复6次的变异系数均小于1％，且结果与1HNMR法测定结果一致。

However,for free decay method,its range of changing frequency is very narrow and the initial states of samples are not easily repeated because of the effect of crystallization;for forced oscillation method,the measuring results are seriously affected by crystallization,which is caused by slow heating rates.

然而，自由衰减法有限的变频范围，以及由于受晶化的影响，使两次升温测量时样品的初始状态不易重复；用强迫振动法测量时，同步变频条件限制了升温速率，造成金属玻璃的晶化过程严重影响了测量结果。

Comparing with the traditional way of stronger sulfuric acid ,The catalyst has its advantage of more effective on the synthesis,the operation is more safer, does not corrode the equipments and does not pollute the environment,and the recovering operation is simple. So it can be called a green method on synthesis of isobutyl acetate.

该催化剂与传统浓硫酸法相比，催化效果更好，作更安全，对设备无腐蚀，对环境无污染，实现了催化剂的重复利用，并且回收作简单，重复利用率高产率好，达到绿色合成乙酸异丁酯的目的。

The 33P, 32P double label tracing technique was carried out to study the effective fertilization of phosphorus for citrus plantation in mountain area of northern Taiwan. 33P labelled orthophosphoric acid was applied in a standard position with respect to the tree and 32P labelled orthophosphoric acid at a location and rate corresponding with the treatments The results showed that the variability o1 the 33P/32P ratios (49%) was much lower than that of single 32P activity counts (72%).

应用磷－33，磷－32重复标识法，研究本省北部山区柑园有效施肥问题；其法将磷－33标识正磷酸，依标准法施用於根羣密叶区域，又以磷－32标识正磷酸以不同施用量，处理於不同深度，结果显示以33P/32P比率所得试全变异(49%)达较单独测算32P放射活性者(72%)为小。

In this thesis, we have proposed the algorithms of performing of three improving types, can improve the efficiency of prospecting of the unusual fluctuation database , so the improvement type of a thesis performs algorithms and will not need to rescan the whole database each time when there are newly-increased materials, the majority only needs to scan the newly-increased trade materials, in order to improve the efficiency of prospecting.

在本论文中，我们提出了三个改良式的演算法，第一个为Apriori演算法来动态探勘，其二为使用布林演算法为基础进行动态探勘，最后为以布林运算为基础之FP-tree的动态探勘，可以提升异动资料库的探勘效率，因为在过去的资料探勘技术中，在探勘关联规则的过程中，若有新增或删除交易资料时，则必须重新计算一次，将造成前次探勘计算的重复及资源的浪费，所以本论文的改良式演算法当有新增资料时将不用每次都要重新扫描整个资料库，绝大部分只需要扫描新增的交易资料，以提升探勘效率。

The control signals of the PWM rectifier are obtained by comparing the current of AC side with triangular wave (or saw-tooth wave) directly, which can implement the steadiness of the voltage of DC side and unit capacity factor of the system. At the same time, harmonic component of the system is abstracted through Instant Reactive Power Method, which can be smoothed by Integrated Learning Boost Converter Control.

本文采用重复学习Boost变换技术，利用滑模变结构控制技术对单相PWM整流器恒频Boost变换进行了分析，提出将交流侧电流直接与三角波相比较得到开关控制信号的方法，实现直流电压恒定不变及系统单位功率因数；同时，利用瞬时无功功率法分析系统谐波，并在谐波域内使用重复学习的控制方法，结合Boost变换技术，有效滤除系统谐波有功电流。

Methods Lewis rats were immunized with the protein extracted from electric organ of Narcine timilei, the clinical manifestations were observed every day, and repetitive nerve stimulation,single fiber electromyography and the levels of acetylcholine receptor antibody were detected on the 49th days post immunization. The content of the protein extracted from electric organ of Narcine timile was 35.4 mg/mL, and the protein could respond with AChRAb from the serum of seropositive myasthenia gravis patient.

参照徐氏法从丁氏双鳍电鳐的电器官提取AChR蛋白，并采用Folin-酚试剂法及酶联免疫吸附法检测提取蛋白的含量及活性；以提取的蛋白主动免疫Lewis大鼠，每天观察其临床表现，并于免疫后7周进行低频重复电刺激、单纤维肌电图及血清中AChRAb水平的检测。

Iminodiacetic acid and aspartic acid reacting with t-butyloxycarbonyl anhydride in the basic solvent system of 1,4-dioxane-water gave better yields than those from conventional t-BuOH/H 2O system method,while glutamic acid in both solvent systems of 1,4-dioxane-water and tetrahydrofuran-water also gave better yield.

其中Boc酐法反应条件温和，操作简便，试剂易得且经济，是实验室制备Boc保护的氨基酸的常用方法。常规Boc酐法多采用叔丁醇水和四氢呋喃水的溶剂体系。我们用常规Boc酐法制备Boc 亚氨基二乙酸时，多次重复，收率总是低于 5 0 %，对天冬氨酸和谷氨酸进行Boc化时也有类似情况。
