Nowadays convention exhibition industry has been recognized as a corbel industry in most cities of China, owing to its strong domino effect which often affects in the area of society, economy and culture. However, there still exist some deficiency at the same time, such as exhibition repetition, managing noneffective and blind positioning etc.

由于会展业具有较强的社会、经济、文化效应，当前我国许多城市发展会展业的热情空前高涨，许多城市将会展业作为地方的一项支柱产业或重点产业来发展，但目前我国城市会展业的发展中还存在一些问题，如重复办展、管理混乱、定位盲目等。

Firstly, the paper introduces reform of port management system and discusses the main ideas, development and the effect on the port building of the exist system. Based on that the topic of the paper -excess investment trend (similar function and excess supply of port) and the reasons are discussed.

首先，通过对我国港口管理体制沿革的介绍，引出现阶段港口管理体制改革的主要思路、进程及对港口建设的影响，提出本文研究的主要问题是港口管理体制改革中的过度投资趋势，并把港口发展目标中功能定位重复，港口市场未来的供给超过未来的需求界定为出现港口过度投资趋势，探讨了过度投资趋势出现的主要原因。

若两端压力下降突变点前后的均值变化均超过阈值，判定有泄漏并进行定位：计算两端压力数据的近似小波变换系数，初始化搜索区间，从最大尺度N开始在搜索区间内计算对应近似小波变换系数的信号时延值，利用等比关系将尺度N下的时延估计值转换为N-1下时延估计值，以该值更新搜索区间，重复以上过程至尺度为0，以此时延估计值进行定位。

Based on analyzing the characteristics of Rear End design and the associated characteristics with Chain Stay and Seat Stay, different design methods are analyzed in detail, and rapidly assembling of Rear End, Chain Stay and Seat Stay is achieved by using the method of combining top-down-assembly with down-top-assembly method. Based on analyzing special technologies and UDF characteristics, the repeated using of different sectional shapes by using UDF technology on the tube section design is also achieved, and this will greatly shorten the time spent on fixing the dimensions and orientations on sketches.

在探讨了参数化设计技术特点和知识工程关键技术的基础上，针对自行车车架设计中的结构、形状、装配参数特点，分别采用了读入经验数据表、参数程序求解、手工录入或修改方法实现车架设计经验参数和知识的重复利用；在分析自行车后叉片设计特点及与平、立叉的关联特性的基础上，对不同的设计方案进行了详细分析，并采用自顶向下和自底向上相结合的方法，实现了后叉片的快速装配定位与平、立叉设计相关联；在分析了特征技术和UDF特点的基础上，将UDF用于管件截面的设计上，使各种截面形状能不断重复利用，大大节省了约束草图尺寸和位置的时间。
