Methods］When scoliosis of patients were corrected to a certain degree after three weeks of halo pelvic distraction, the most serious collapsed ribs of concave side of the curve underwent a transverse incision the cross ribs. A special rib bender was used to bend the exposed 3 to 6 ribs. The bent ribs were pulled up by double-stranded 10# thick silk which was extended out through the skin and fixed in the upright post of the instrument of Halo pelvic distraction with rubber membranes.

方法］颅盆牵引3周后，脊柱侧弯矫正到一定程度时，在侧弯凹侧肋骨塌陷最重的部位，与肋骨交叉作横切口，暴露3～6条肋骨，用特制的肋骨折弯器将肋骨折弯变圆，用10号双股粗丝线将每条肋骨提起，自皮肤穿出通过橡皮膜在颅盆装置的立柱上作牵引。

［目的］介绍35例重度脊柱侧弯合并严重胸廓塌陷的病例，在颅盆牵引的过程中，同时采用肋骨成形术加水平牵引治疗胸廓塌陷［方法］颅盆牵引3周后，脊柱侧弯矫正到定程度时，在侧弯凹侧肋骨塌陷最重的部位，与肋骨交叉作横切口，暴露3～6条肋骨，用特制的肋骨折弯器将肋骨折弯变圆，用10号双股粗丝线将每条肋骨提起，自皮肤穿出通过橡皮膜在颅盆装置的立柱上作牵引。

Method］twenty six wistar rats were divided into two groups, with 13 in each group, peroneal nerve was transacted on the right side of all the animals, in one group, the proximal end of peroneal nerve was turned back and ligated, the distal end was sutured to the side of tibial nerve with perineurial window, in another group,both ends of the transacted peroneal nerve were turned back and ligated as contrast, no operation was done on the left side.

方法］wistar大白鼠26只，随机分实验组和对照组，每组13只，实验组右侧腓总神经切断后，近端反转结扎，远端与胫神经外膜开窗处行端侧吻合，对照组右侧腓总神经切断后，两端均反转结扎，两组动物左侧作正常对照，不作处理。术后3个月，行双侧腓总神经、胫前肌组织学检查，胫前肌湿重测定，运动终板检查。

TO map QTLs affecting grain weight and characterize the inheritancemodes of the QTLs and two-locus interactions, 136 recombinant inbred linesderived from "Nanda2419" x "Wangshuibai" and an immortalized F_2 population (IF2)generated by randomly permutated intermating of these RILs were investigated. In addition,the present study was also conducted to characterize the genetic bases of morphologicaltraits including plant height, flag leaf length, flag leaf width, flag leafarea and ratio of flag leaf length to width, and their relationships with grainweight in wheat by analyzing QTLs for these traits using the RIL population.
