Chapter five: the conclusion, it will use the the Linkou county's slip yuteki tenmoku glaze in one's own art works and plan design of the exhibition, finally by exhibiting in way that to present this achievement of this research, I hope to transmit individual's artistic expression on the creation in the slip yuteki tenmoku glaze through the performing and appreciating of the works, set up my own art practice and connect with local ly.

第五章结论，将针对林口尼将可烧出的油滴天目釉、应用泥浆釉於自己的创作与展览的计画设计，最后藉由作品展览的方式来做为这个研究的成果发表与林口泥浆釉之运用的心得，希望透过作品的展演与欣赏能传达个人於泥浆油滴釉与个人创作上的艺术表现，建立自己的创作风格与并当地互动与连结。

釉下彩陶瓷是我国一种传统的装饰方法，制品的全部彩饰都在瓷坯上进行，经施釉后高温一次烧成，这种制品和釉中彩一样，花面被釉层覆盖，表面光亮、平整，基本无高低不平的感觉。

The ameloblasts are the key cells during odontogenesis, and they have been already cultured in vitro. The amelogenin is the extracellular matrix synthesized and secreted by the ameloblasts, and it plays a crucial role during amelogenesis.

成釉细胞是牙器官形成的关键细胞，国内外已成功离体培养出成釉细胞，成釉细胞合成和分泌的细胞外基质－釉原蛋白在釉质的形成中起着关键作用。

It found the primary and secondary factors affecting opacifying and glazing performance of the system,the opacified glaze with satisfactory performance ,and the optimum formula were obtained.

对Li2 O Na2 O K2 O CaO MgO Al2 O3 SiO2 系统釉进行了较全面的正交试验研究，找到了影响该系统釉乳浊及釉面质量的主次因素，获得了性能良好的乳浊釉及其较优乳浊釉配方

Na 2O-K 2O-CaO-MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2-P 2O 5 system glaze was studied systematically by perpendicular experiments in paper. We found the primary and secondary factors of effecting opacifying and glazing performance of the system,got the opacified glaze that had satisfactory performance ,and got fairly excellent formula of it.

本文对Na2 O -K2 O -CaO -MgO -Al2 O3 -SiO2 -P2 O5系统釉进行了较全面的正交试验研究，找到了影响该系统釉乳浊及釉面质量的主次因素，获得了性能良好的乳浊釉及其最佳乳浊釉配方。

The Uniform and beauty shrinkage dot glaze obtained from reasonable selection raw materials,adjustment the formula composition of body and glaze,control of the thickness of glaze applied on the body and the firing temperature.If we take measures on decoration object and method of decoration,it is easy to obtain better shrinkage dot glaze.

并指出只要合理地选用原料，调整好坯釉配方，掌握好施釉厚度和烧成温度，是可以得到均匀、好看、美观的&缩点釉&的；若能在装饰对象和装饰方法上大做文章，可以使这一具有&缺陷功能&的釉种产生更好的艺术效果。

On the termination date, the cultured explants were all examined by Western blot, HE and transmission electron microscope. Our results showed that after 12-days in culture, the cultivation treated with AS-ODN reduced the synthesis of AMBN and had a deformed dental cusp with thinner enamel matrix. Ultrastructure analyses showed that there was hardly any cisternae of the rough endoplasmic reticulum in the ameloblasts at the tip of the cusp of AS-ODN treatedexplants. However, on average the enamel matrix was thinner compared with that in the control group. Furthermore, the collagen fibers in extracellular matrix were found disorganized. These findings seemed to provide a direct experimental evidence that tended to indicate that the arrested AMBN translation in cultured tooth germs might result in the delay of the tooth development.

经用Western蛋白印迹检测表明，所设计的反义核酸对AMBN InRNA具有良好的封闭效果并成功阻断了牙胚对AMBN的表达；在缺乏AMBN情况下，与对照组相比，实验组牙胚在体外可以继续生长发育至钟状晚期，出现成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞的分化，成釉细胞可以分化成为分泌期型成釉细胞，胞浆中缺少合成蛋白质所必需的粗面内质网和高尔基氏体，缺乏溶酶体，表明对蛋白合成和脚的能力降低；实验组牙胚有牙尖形成和基质分泌，但牙尖形态异常，基质形成减少，牙尖周围基质最厚处为O.6卜m，明显薄于对照组的5.spin，基质中胶原纤维粗细不等，排列稀疏， 3 第四军医大学硕士学位论文未见钙化现象，充分证明了AMBN在牙胚发育中参与釉质基质形成和矿化过程，影响胶原纤维和牙本质基质的合成，促进成釉细胞对蛋白质的合成和釉质基质蛋白降解。
