采集昆虫

In order to provide an scientific basis and technology support to local agricultural by–products export quarantine, an investigation was carried out on the species of stored insects of export agricultural by–products from 2003 to 2005 in the region. The quarantine significance of different stored insects and the insect community structure characteristics of five stored export products were analyzed, besides, a study was conducted on the ecology of Dermestes maculatus Degeer in the laboratory. The main results were as follows. 1. The ordinary and systematic measures were used to investigate stored insect species on export products, such as Willow, Brush, Feather, Leather, Woodwork, grain, coconut funicle, lotus leaf etc., in the finished product, transferring, material reserve and processing storages of the export industries.

为了给该地区农副产品的出口检疫提供科学依据和技术支持，笔者于2003-2005年对江苏沿江地区各类出口农副产品检疫场所的仓储昆虫种类进行了调查，分析了各种仓储昆虫的检疫重要性以及5类出口农副产品仓储昆虫的群落特征，并对重要仓储害虫白腹皮蠹的生态学特性进行了研究，现将结果总结如下： 1、2003-2005年通过对江苏沿江地区的草柳藤制品、笔刷制品、羽绒制品、皮革制品、木制品、粮饲库存点、椰壳纤维、荷叶加工厂等出口企业的成品储藏库、中转库、原料储备库、加工车间等检疫场所的昆虫种类进行了普查和系统调查，共采集标本1800余件，从中鉴定出130种仓储动物，隶属2纲、9目、51科，其中害虫6目、40科、105种，益虫5目、10科、25种；此外，还发现2中国新记录种，即阔鼻谷象Caulophilus oryzae和黑斑豆象Bruchus dentipes。

十字花科蔬菜昆虫采集、饲养以及标本制作摘要：为了更好的鉴别和防治蔬菜农业害虫，更加方便的进行教学研究，更加深入学习昆虫的外部形态、内部构造及生理、繁殖、发育与习性等，我们就需要对蔬菜农业昆虫的种类进行研究，并做出标本。

With the methods of systematic and random sampling, more than 2000 specimens were collected in 7 kinds of habitat, belonging to 3 superfamilies, 11 families, 30 genera and 48 species. Of the collected specimens, grasshopper has the most species accounting for 62.5% of the total species.

采用系统取样和随机取样相结合的方法调查了7种生境中直翅目昆虫的种类和数量，共采集到昆虫48种，标本2000余号，其中蝗虫类30种，蚱类6种，螽斯类12种，隶属于3总科，11科，30属。

A survey was conducted to study the biodiversity and seasonal change of insects in four plant communities, Calamagrostis angustfolia, Salix brachypoda-Calamagrostis angustifolia, Carex pseudocuraica, Carex casiocaepa, in a typical annular wetland in Sanjiang Plain by the methods of yellow-pan trap and net-sweeping.

以三江平原典型环形湿地为研究对象，在小叶章群落、沼柳小叶章群落、漂筏苔草群落、塔头毛苔草群落，采用黄盘诱集法和扫网法定期对湿地昆虫群落进行采集，研究了该区内的昆虫生物多样性及其季节性变化特征。

We organized and identified the specimens which collected in the insects specimens laboratory of life science and technology department of Xinjiang university, from almost everywhere of Xinjiang with combination of the conventional methods and the electroscopic scanning technique.

本文采用常规鉴定方法与雄性外生殖器解剖相结合，辅以扫描电镜观察，对收藏于新疆大学生命科学与技术学院昆虫室20年来积累的标本及三年在校期间系统地采集于全疆各地的拟步甲类标本进行了整理与鉴定，结合野外考察及重要类群的生物学研究，研究其区系成份，并对其区系特征及地理分布状况进行了系统的分析，主要研究成果如下：1）初步查明新疆拟步甲科昆虫共计266种，分隶于23族72属，其中35种为中国新记录种，3种为拟步甲类新种，作新种记述，并附图片；在研究过程中初步探讨了拟步甲的中文命名问题； 2）新疆拟步甲种类繁多，其区系成分分析显示，除12种为广布种以外，共有6种区系成分，其中中亚细亚种为最多，有87种，占已种的32.7﹪；其次依次为中央亚细亚种和特有种，分别为81种和65种，各占已知种类的30.5﹪和24.4﹪；泛古北种12种，占4.5﹪；欧洲西伯利亚种7种，占2.6﹪；欧洲中亚种最少，仅有2种，占0.75﹪，并根据新疆拟步甲科昆虫区系成分分析了其起源问题； 3）新疆拟步甲科昆虫的地理分布表明，分布于准噶尔盆地的种类最为丰富，计161种，占新疆已知种的60.5﹪；其次是塔里木盆地92种，占已知种的34.6﹪；东疆诸盆地63种，占23.7﹪；伊犁谷地56种，占21.1﹪；在三大山系中，天山山系的拟步甲种类最多，为54种，占20.3﹪；阿尔泰山山系28种，占10.5﹪；昆仑山山系13种，占4.9﹪。

Results showed that a total of 25945 insect specimens were collected, of which the insects of Diptera and Homoptera were dominant, and then followed by Hymenoptera, Thysanoptera, Collembola, Coleoptera, Hemiptera, and Orthoptera.

共采集昆虫标本25945号，其中双翅目和同翅目数量最多，其次为膜翅目、缨翅目、弹尾目、鞘翅目、半翅目、直翅目等。

Completed: Complete standardization of insect specimens collate information involving INSECTA 3 Head, 15 families, 137 genera and 275 species more than 20,000 individual and effective information collection and data input.

完成内容：完成昆虫标本信息标准化整理，涉及昆虫纲3目、15科、137属、275种2万余个体有效信息的采集和录入。

Based on the investigation of dragonflies in Laoshan area of Nanjing City from 2005 to 2007, the primary results showed that there were 30 species, belonging to 21 genera, 6 families and 2 suborders , with 7 species recorded in Jiangsu Province for the first time.

我们于2005年～2007年对南京老山地区蜻蜓目昆虫进行了调查研究，通过对采集标本的鉴定和分类，初步确定南京老山地区蜻蜓目昆虫有2亚目6科21属30种，其中7种是江苏省新记录。

The insects were surveyed in 100 m×100 m quadrats and caught by sampling frame and net-trap methods. The insects number was recorded and samples were collected for indoor identification.
