The 1st chapter introduced the sourse of research work, pointed out the necessariness and meaning of study, and discussed the domestic and international present situation and existent problems in the development of Dynamic Traffic Flow Information Collection Systems in ATMS, carried out brief introduction for the major content of dissertation, and have designed the route of research technology.

全文共分七章，其中第四章、第五章和第六章是全文研究的重点。第一章是绪论。本章首先介绍了论文的课题来源，提出了对动态交通流信息采集系统进行研究的必要性和意义，探讨了国内外服务于ATMS的动态交通流信息采集系统发展现状和存在问题，对论文研究的主要内容进行简要介绍，并设计了论文的研究技术路线。第二章是动态交通流信息采集系统结构设计。

The whole project is made up of two parts, one is the video capturing system which is based on CMOS video capturing card, the other is single-dot signal capturing system which is based on photoelectric cell.

图像采集单元利用CMOS视频采集设备，采用面向对象的C++编程语言、Visual C++编程工具和微软MFC基础类库设计出信号采集和分析软件。

By constructing the piecewise linear function from samples, it is able to approximate the measured metric more precisely. Compared with current popular sampling algorithms, FASM algorithm can provide more precise estimation of metric under the same samples. In the condition of retaining the same approximation errors, our adaptive sampling methodology only requires fewer samples, which will save sampling costs considerably during sampling process.

与当前常用的抽样算法相比，在采集相同的样本数量情况下，本文的拟合模型对指标进行的估计更准确、稳定；而在保持相同的拟合误差时，自适应抽样算法则可显著减少所需采集的样本数量，节约数据采集过程的代价。

Firstly, the soil samples are gathered from the same section such as surface layer soil samples gathered from 0cm to 15cm depth and representation on studied object. Secondly, the precondition of tested samples must be the same. This study indicates that the tested samples must be 1mm diameter, over-dried at 40℃ for 24h and airtight cooling for 24h before measured for air-dry samples, and softly planish the surface at measuring. Lastly, the illuminating condition of light must be the same. This study indicates that the testing geometric condition are light source angle 15°, light source distance 30cm and sensor distance 15cm for soil hyperspectra indoor. The surface of white reference must be the same plane of that of sample.

第一个环节的"相同"是指田间土壤样品采集时的剖面位置一致，如表层土都采集0～15cm深度范围内的土壤，且所采集的样品应能尽量具备研究对象的代表性；第二个环节的"相同"是指土壤制备过程中的一些前处理条件应一致，建议土壤光谱测试样品的粒径1mm，风干土壤样品测试前在40℃恒温条件下烘24小时，然后密闭冷却24小时，测试时土壤表面进行稍稍压平处理；第三个环节的"相同"是保证测试光照条件的一致性，建议在50W卤素灯、8°探头角条件下，采用15°的光源照角度、30cm的光源距离和15cm作为室内士壤高光谱测试几何条件，测试时除遵循光谱测试指南的要求外，还须保证参考板表面与测试土壤样品的表面在同一平面上。

A PCL818 plug-in DAQ board of EVOC Company is selected in the data acquiring module of the system.

本分析系统的数据采集模块选用研祥公司的PCL818数据采集卡进行数据采集。

Aimed at the problems between high speed data collection and slow program flash memory and the large capacity storage charactoristic for data collection with multisensors-mounted,on cannon,chariot and tank,a data collection system with mass storage is designed,based on ARM and high density flash memory.In this paper,pipelining technology accompanied with dual RAM as cache,instead of direct program operation,is utilized to improve program speed.

针对炮车及步兵战车、坦克等车载系统多传感器信息采集采样速度与闪存编程速度不匹配及大容量存储的问题，提出基于先进精简指令集计算机设计结合大容量的闪存构建车载信息采集及大容量系统，采用双口的RAM作为高速缓存的方式取代了直接对闪存进行编程的传统方法，使用流水线技术提高闪存的写入速率，实现数据采集的大容量存储。

近年来，对于数据采集系统的要求与日俱增，数据采集系统有着非常良好的应用前景。如今的数据采集技术已渗透到分析仪器、地质勘探、医疗器械、雷达、通讯、测控等技术领域。

三、采集，采集被搜索引擎抵制，是因为搜索引擎的主要是向用户提高原创专业的内容信息，如果搜索到的结果都是很多是相同信息，就大大降低了搜索引擎的可信度，影响了搜索引擎的形象，为了更好的维护搜索引擎秩序，搜索引擎只能把重复的信息放在次要的位置，如果发现整站达到80%以上数据非原创，将面临被降权，除名的危险，所以提醒大家不要为了疯狂收集数据而疯狂采集，最好人工编辑，采些做些专业、实用的内容。

The system utilized four laser scanners along lengthwise direction of the log. Data are obtained in every ten degrees when log is turning, in each cross section, 36 data are obtained. Then the data obtained were processed and an outline of the cross section of the log was developed on computer screen. Afterwards, the largest inscribed circles for log cross sections were determined according to the principle that three points can determine a circle. Secondly, the points located on the cross sections were linked up along some log generative in order to simulate the three-dimension log outline. At last the largest right circular cylinder were optimized and the optimum turning center was determined by means of projective theory.

具体作法是：在木段长度方向均匀设置四个激光传感器，当木段旋转时，起动激光传感器，进行数据采集，每隔10~0扫描一个点，在各横断面圆周上共采集36个点的数据，由计算机处理采集的数据，并绘制出原木横断面的几何图形，再根据三点定圆的原理，确定出最大内接圆；其次，模拟原木三维廓形，即将原木相邻横断面上离散点沿着母线方向连线，由计算机分析处理，绘制原木三维廓形；最后，采用投影法，优化出原木最大内接圆柱体，并确定原木回转中心线。

to overcome the drawbacks of csy sensor experiment platform made in hangzhou saite company which are functional singleness and monopoly used,and to improve using ratio of the experiment instrument,the standard voltage signal of the sensor experiment platform outputs to computer by the pci1711 data acquisition card,then computer implements data display and processing,thus realizing automatic checkout with signal.the hardware structure and program design under the visual basic environment are described.it has a friendly interface and can be easily operated.it has been used in experiment teaching successfully,and it has been proved a good performance.

摘 要：为了解决原有杭州赛特公司生产的csy型传感器实验台功能单一、专用性强的缺点，提高实验仪器的使用率，将传感器实验台输出的标准电压信号通过pci1711数据采集卡送入pc机进行数据显示与数据处理，从而实现信号的自动检测。主要介绍数据采集系统的硬件组成及在vb环境下数据采集系统的程序设计。该系统人机界面友好，操作简单方便，已成功应用于实验教学中，效果良好。
