We have adopted PID digital controller in software design, design taking AT89C51 as the core one-chip computer hardware control system write in order to sample algorithm and PID algorithm central, including initializing systematically , cut off the procedure , PID control procedure, sample procedure systematic software procedure of main program,It is proved that this control technique is useful to control PH system .

我们在软件设计方面采用了PID数字控制器，并设计了以AT89C51为核心的单片机硬件控制系统编写了以采样算法和PID算法为核心的，以包括系统初始化，中断程序，PID控制程序，采样程序等系统的主程序的软件程序，实践证明该控制系统对PH值有着极其强的控制能力。

Systematic grid sampling is the most popular method at present, but it could loss some important distribution information. Systematic unaligned sampling is the most ideal method. It is easy to find periodical distributing field information with systematic unaligned sampling method.

其中规则栅格采样是目前最常采用的方法，但容易丢失一些比较重要的分布信息；系统分层采样是最理想的方法，容易发现具有周期性分布的农田信息。

The AVS-SEM distribution in the sediments of Guanting Reservoir and Yongding River was studied and the metal concentration in the water above the sediments and the pore water was measured. Based on the results, the reaction between the sediments and metal ions were discussed and the heavy metal pollution of the sediments in Guanting Reservoir and Yongding River was evaluated preliminarily.
