The effects of electroacupuncture on the pressor response and reversible myocardial dysfunction induced by application of bradykinin on the gallbladder were studied in cats anesthetized with α-chloralose. The cardiovascular responses evoked by application of BK included a pressor response, an increase of LVP and its dP/dtmax, tachycardia and a decrease of local wall motion of the left ventricle with a supplying branch of the left anterior descending coronary artery ligated beforehand.

在α-氯醛糖麻醉的猫上，结扎左心室冠状动脉前降支一小分支，对动物胆囊浆膜面予以缓激肽，可反射性地诱发血压、左心室内压升高、±dP/dtmax增大、心率加快，同时用超声单晶片声纳测微系统记录局部心壁运动，发现BK可以反射性地引起LAD小分支远端所支配的心肌运动功能减弱。

A method for determinating the activities of pectinase was proposed in this paper. It can produce the red-brown amino compounds when 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid and aldehyde were heated together. The amino compounds had maximum absorbency at 540nm. In certain range, there was a good linear relationship between the amount of reducing sugar and the color of the reaction mixture.

针对QB1502-92标准测定方法测定高活力果胶酶、固定化果胶酶活力存在的实验误差大，重现性及灵敏度差的缺陷，提出了利用3，5-二硝基水杨酸与醛糖共热产生棕红色的氨基化合物，在一定范围内还原糖的量和含有呈色氨基化合物的反应液颜色深浅成正比的原理，在540nm下测其吸光度，从而计算出果胶酶活力的测定方法，并对测定步骤、影响因素及测定中可能出现的问题进行了试验研究。

In our experiments, when the opacity of lens exceed Ⅳ degrees, the treatment effect of medicine was not obviously. Analyzing the examined results of AR, SOD and GSH-px in rat lens cortex and nuclear shows that Zhangming drops can inhibit the activity of AR obviously and prevent the translation of galactose to galactose alcohol. So it can prevent the deposit of galactose in the fibrocyte of lens and the increase of lens's osmosis, then prevent the hydration of lens.

通过对大鼠半乳糖性白内障晶体皮质和核内醛糖还原酶、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶的检测结果分析表明，障明滴眼液能明显抑制AR的活性，防止半乳糖向半乳糖醇的转化，从而防止半乳糖在晶体纤维细胞内的堆积，阻止其渗透性的增高，防止晶体的水化。
