In this study, the aged watermelon seeds were selected as material, soaked by different concentrations of salicylic acid, calcium nitrate and gibberellic acid (GA3), to study the effects on germination rate, related physiological and biochemical indexes of aged watermelon seeds. The results show that the activity of aged watermelon seeds was obviously increased after soaking, and the best treatment to promote germination was Ca(NO3)210mmol/L. Besides, conductivity and soluble sugar content of seeds lixivium, and MDA content of seeds were decreased obviously after treated by SA, Ca(NO3)2 and GA3, and SA treatment had the best obvious effects.

本试验以自然老化的西瓜种为试材，采用不同浓度的水杨酸、硝酸钙、赤霉素预浸种处理，研究其对老化西瓜种子萌发及相关生理生化指标的影响，结果表明：不同处理均可显著提高老化西瓜种子活力，以10mmol/L的Ca(NO3)2处理促进萌发的效果最为明显；不同处理均能明显降低种子浸出液电导率、可溶性糖含量及种子中丙二醛含量，以水杨酸的各处理效果最好。

The main results were as follows:An appropriate concentration of ethephon sprayed on leaves of peanut made stems and branchs height shorter,but more branches;The fresh weight and dry weight per unit of leaf area and per plant increased;It optimized some physiological and biochemical characteristics in the leaves.It was showed that the ethephon increased obviously the contents of protein and chlorophyll and the activity of SOD and POD in the leaves,and improved the rates of photosynthesis and transpiration of the leaves,and increased the activity of the roots,but decreased the content of MDA in the leaves;It improved the quantity of pods,the percentage of plumy pods and the peanut yield.

结果表明：喷施适宜浓度的乙烯利可使植株相对矮化，抑制花生地上部分的生长，使主茎和分枝长比对照短，但分枝数较多；提高单位叶面积鲜重、干重以及植株鲜重、干重；优化花生植株的生理生化特性，表现为显著提高了花生叶片的蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量及SOD和POD活性，增强了花生叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率，增强了主根活力，降低了花生叶片的丙二醛和可溶性糖含量；提高植株的单株结荚数、饱果率和产量。

Were investigated in pot culture under three water treatments: well watered , middle drought treatment and serious drought treatment .The contents of malondialdehyde and soluble sugar, superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxide dismutase, polyphone oxidase and ascorbic acid peroxidase activities were compared between plants infected with Glomus mosseae and those not infected (Non-AM plants) at different water-treatments.

试验设置正常浇水、中度干旱和重度干旱3个水分处理水平，比较不同水分条件下接种Glomus mosseae的三叶鬼针草植株与未接种植株的丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸过氧化酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性。

The results show that the tiller number, biomass accumulation, contents of soluble sugar and proline, and activity of SOD isozyme of E+ plants were significantly higher (P.05), but malondialdehyde content significantly lower (P.05), than those of F- plants. In conclusion, endophyte infection improved the salt tolerance of wild barley under outside pot conditions.

结果表明：在高盐浓度300 mmol L^(-1下内生真菌显著提高了宿主野大麦分蘖能力、生物量积累、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD酶活性(P.05)，同时降低了丙二醛含量，说明内生真菌的侵入有利于提高宿主野大麦在室外盆栽条件下的耐盐性。

The exogenous glycinebetaine could enhance the accumulation of soluble sugar and praline, maintained higher antioxidase activity and the soluble protein content, and reduced the accumulation of MDA in cucumber leaves, which protected the stability and integrity of cell membrane.

结果表明：外源甜菜碱可促进黄瓜叶片中脯氨酸和可溶性糖的积累，保持相对较高的杭氧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量，削弱丙二醛的积累，对细胞膜的稳定性和完整性起保护作用。

At the same time, the leaf contents of soluble sugars, proline and MDA significantly increased with the decline of the temperature.

The results of physiological indexes analysis under different salt stress condition showed that cell membrane permeability of all species increased along with the increasing of NaCl concentration, and concentrations of Na+, Cl-, proline, soluble sugar, saccharose and malondialdehyde showed the same tendency.
