In this study, the aged watermelon seeds were selected as material, soaked by different concentrations of salicylic acid, calcium nitrate and gibberellic acid (GA3), to study the effects on germination rate, related physiological and biochemical indexes of aged watermelon seeds. The results show that the activity of aged watermelon seeds was obviously increased after soaking, and the best treatment to promote germination was Ca(NO3)210mmol/L. Besides, conductivity and soluble sugar content of seeds lixivium, and MDA content of seeds were decreased obviously after treated by SA, Ca(NO3)2 and GA3, and SA treatment had the best obvious effects.

本试验以自然老化的西瓜种为试材,采用不同浓度的水杨酸、硝酸钙、赤霉素预浸种处理,研究其对老化西瓜种子萌发及相关生理生化指标的影响,结果表明:不同处理均可显著提高老化西瓜种子活力,以10mmol/L的Ca(NO3)2处理促进萌发的效果最为明显;不同处理均能明显降低种子浸出液电导率、可溶性糖含量及种子中丙二醛含量,以水杨酸的各处理效果最好。

The main results were as follows:An appropriate concentration of ethephon sprayed on leaves of peanut made stems and branchs height shorter,but more branches;The fresh weight and dry weight per unit of leaf area and per plant increased;It optimized some physiological and biochemical characteristics in the leaves.It was showed that the ethephon increased obviously the contents of protein and chlorophyll and the activity of SOD and POD in the leaves,and improved the rates of photosynthesis and transpiration of the leaves,and increased the activity of the roots,but decreased the content of MDA in the leaves;It improved the quantity of pods,the percentage of plumy pods and the peanut yield.

Were investigated in pot culture under three water treatments: well watered , middle drought treatment and serious drought treatment .The contents of malondialdehyde and soluble sugar, superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxide dismutase, polyphone oxidase and ascorbic acid peroxidase activities were compared between plants infected with Glomus mosseae and those not infected (Non-AM plants) at different water-treatments.
