Salicylaldehyde and its derivatives often produce a formation of Schiff base metal chelate. They are special anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, sterilization matters. At the same time because of therir structure similar to porphyrin ring, they can set of oxygen and simulated biological effect, So many scientist take interest in this field.

To achieve this, further fundamental studies on the optical resolutions of the selected target carboxylic acids and neutral amino acids have been carried out in organic solvents respectively with acidic, basic, and esters of tartaric acid resolving agents, along with the racemization of the neutral amino acids catalyzed by salicylaldehyde.

为此，分别选择代表性的有机酸和中性氨基酸在有机溶剂中与酸性、碱性和酯类拆分剂分别进行光学拆分的深入研究，同时研究了水杨醛催化下L-型中性氨基酸的销旋催化研究。

The results of this study are summarized below.1 A variety of additives such as proteins,glyoxal / glycerol,alcohols,metal salts,as well as ethylene monomer were used in this study and all of them could improve the leaching resistance of the three kinds of borate(boric acid,borax,disodium octaborate tetrahydrate) in different extents through variety forms.

D-Pantothenyl alcohol, also called ortho-vitamin 85, is an important nutrition suppled substance. It has been widely applied in the field such as medicine, cosmetic, foodstuff, feed additive, and so on. The preparation of D-pantothenyl alcohol and the optimization of key factor are discussed mainly in this paper. It mainly includes three section.In the first section, with formaldehyde, isobutyl aldehyde and diethyl oxalate as the starting materials, D-pantolactone is prepared via three steps including condensation, catalytic hydrogenation and physical resolution. The specific rotatory power of the product is consistent with imported product.
