The most striking result was that it could signal Mg〓 specifically even in the presence of alkali and alkaline earth metal ions in high concentrations.

The method is realized by that polyether ether ketone is added into concentrated sulfuric acid to carry out sulfonation reaction, thereby obtaining sulfonated polyether ether ketone, then the sulfonated polyether ether ketone is dissolved in organic solvent, N, N (1)-Carbonyldiimidazole is added to stir for one to three hours, coupling agent is mixed for stirring the reaction for 1.5 to 4 hours, then inorganic crosslinking agent is mixed to react under the temperature of 50 to 80 DEG C. Proton conductors are mixed to continue getting the mixed solution of the sulfonated polyether ether ketone or the inorganic crosslinking agent or proton conductors under the temperature. Finally the proton exchange membrane for a direct methanol fuel cell is obtained by that the mixed solution of the sulfonated polyether ether ketone or the inorganic crosslinking agent or proton conductors is/are processed through membrane forming, drying and exuviation.

该方法首先将聚醚醚酮加入浓硫酸中进行磺化反应得到磺化聚醚醚酮；然后将磺化聚醚醚酮溶于有机溶剂中，加入N，N′-羰基二咪唑搅拌1～3小时后加入偶联剂搅拌反应1.5～4小时，再加入无机交联剂在50～80℃下反应，然后加入质子导体继续在此温度下反应得到磺化聚醚醚酮/无机交联剂/质子导体的混合溶液；最后将磺化聚醚醚酮/无机交联剂/质子导体的混合物溶液成膜，干燥，脱膜即得到所述的直接甲醇燃料电池用质子交换膜。

采用红外光谱法采集电子电气产品中的聚合物部件中多溴联苯和多溴联苯醚的红外谱图，与标准红外谱图对比，判定该部件的谱图中是否有C-Br键在650-500 cm-1间的特征吸收，从而进行溴系阻燃剂的定性筛选。

The anti-microbial activity of active materials against valsa mail,fusarium oxysporum,coniothyrium diplodieua and aspergillus nidulans were measured in vitro.the results showed that active materials extracted using acetone,aether and petroleum ether presented fungistasis to different extent on the four pathogenic fungi and had the best effect to coniothyrium diplodieua.active material extracted using ethanol presented certain anti-microbial effect to fusarium oxysporum.the results also showed there were anti-microbial active material in the leaves of cichorium intybus and founded a base on the research and application.

然后以提取液为供试药剂，对苹果腐烂病菌、棉花枯萎病菌、葡萄白腐病菌、构巢曲霉病菌4种植物病原真菌进行离体活性测定。结果表明：丙酮、乙醚、石油醚的提取液对4种病菌均有不同程度的抑制作用，其中对葡萄白腐病菌抑制效果最好；乙醇的提取液对枯萎病菌具有一定的抑制作用。表明菊苣叶中存在抑菌活性成分，补充了菊苣抑菌活性的研究内容，为该种植物抑菌活性成分的研究和应用奠定基础。

In the preformulation study, the ultraviolet spectrum and HPLC methods for the assay of α-asarone were established firstly and then the physicochemical properties, especially the octanol/water partition coefficient and the solubility in various solvent systems such as alcohol, PEG 400, IPM, octanol were examined. The prediction permeability was then compared with actual transdermal parameters obtained from the in-vitro diffusion study , and feasibility of drug transdermal absorption was then analyzed.

The preparation of avermyctin emulsions in water was achieved by mixing the surfactants polyoxyethylene (10) octylphenyl ether (OP10), polyoxyethylene styrenated phenol ether (602), and polyoxyethylene (40) castor oil ether (EL-40) with polyoxyethylene (20) castor oil ether (EL-20), separatively. Emulsion stability was investigated by analyzing the hydrophile-lipophile balance, critical micelle concentration, and surface tension. Then, the surfactants of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene styrenated phenol ether (1601), block copolymer (L64), and octyl phenyl polyoxyethylene phosphonate were added to the emulsion made by blending EL-40 and EL-20, separatively. The stability of the emulsions was investigated further and discussed in terms of droplet size, surface tension, and zeta potential.

首先将辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP10)、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚(602)和蓖麻油聚氧乙烯(40)醚(EL-40)分别与蓖麻油聚氧乙烯(20)醚(EL-20)复配制备阿维菌素水乳剂，从亲水亲油平衡值、临界胶束浓度、表面张力等方面分析了二元表面活性剂复配对乳液稳定性的影响；其次，在EL-40与EL-20复配基础上，将苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(1601)，嵌段共聚物(L64)和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯分别添加到乳液中，从粒径、表面张力和zeta电势等方面考察三元表面活性剂复配对乳液稳定性的影响。

The oil content in recovered furfural of lube oil refining was determined by gravimetric method. The selected determination conditions of extracting agent petroleum ether, sample of the first/second fraction of vacuum distillation, corresponding oven temperature and drying time were 20 mL, 10 g,(93±2)℃/(103±2)℃ and 26 minutes respectively.

应用重量法对润滑油精制回收糠醛溶剂中油含量的测定方法进行了研究，选定的测定条件为：萃取剂石油醚的用量为20mL，试样的称取量以10g为宜，相应的烘箱温度控制在(93±2)℃/(103±2)℃，烘干26min。
