In order to give sufficient data support for the design of terephthalic acid manufacture, corresponding phase equilibria, including solid-liquid equilibrium and vapor-liquid equilibrium, have been determined and studied.Improvements have been made on our former apparatus, which was used for the measurement of solid solubility, for the purpose of getting more precise experimental data in the range of lower solubility. Horizontal stir was changed to magnetic whirly one, which shortened the dissolving time remarkably.

对苯二甲酸生产中相关相平衡的测定与研究学院：化工学院专业：化学工艺指导教师：马沛生教授六级英语证书：有研究生：陈明鸣，于1997年4月在天津大学获工学硕士学位为了给设计单位提供有关对苯二甲酸生产中的相平衡数据，本文着重实验测定并以数学模型描述了以下两方面内容：TA和TA生产中的主要杂质在相关溶剂中的固液平衡，以及对二甲苯氧化反应器的溶剂体系醋酸-PX的汽液平衡。

Wood Vinegar is a natural material that is distilled from wood. It is compose of organic acid and hydroxybenzene , Various dosage of wood vinegars, pyrolignerous acid and guaiacol were mixed into organic manure firstly in this experiment, and then, the above said organic manure are separately added into soil. Under the analysis of the amount of the edaphon, adding 10g wood vinegar to 1kg organic manure and 30kg soil can much active the edaphon effectively in a short term and make a maximum rising extent of edaphon numbers.

木醋液是从多年生柞木中经过高温蒸馏出来的纯天然物质，其主要成分是有机酸和酚类物质，为了明确木醋液和主要成分对土壤微生物的作用，将加入不同剂量的木醋液、愈创木酚、醋酸的有机肥施入土壤，观察土壤中微生物数量的变化，结果表明：在1kg有机肥中加入10g木醋液，施入30kg土壤中，土壤微生物数量增加幅度最大，土壤微生物10天内被有效地激活；同时，当在1kg有机肥中木醋液的添加量高达50g时，对土壤微生物有一定的抑制作用。

Yields of wood vinegar and wood tar were almost constant,though yield of charcoal was slightly decreased with the increase of acetic acid aqueous solution concentration.

处理液的醋酸浓度增加后，木醋液和木焦油的收率几乎不变，但木炭的收率稍微减少了。

Results: It could obriourly increase the sex ogaro weight of castrated mice and rats, raise the pain threshold value of heat stimulation, inhitite the mouse auricle tumefaction degree induced by xylol, reduced Evans blue excretion of mouse peritonitis induced by acetic acid.

结果 ：能显著增加去势小鼠和大鼠性器官的重量，提高热刺激致痛反应的痛阈值，抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度，减少醋酸所致小鼠腹膜炎伊文思蓝渗出量。

MethodsThe pain models induced by acetic acid and the hotplate tests in mice were used to observe the abirritation effect of QiXingZhenTongGao,the swellingauricles of mice caused by Xylol and swelling paws of rats induced by dextran were used to observe the antiinflammatory effects of QiXingZhenTongGao.

Methods:Anti-inflammation of XSG was observed by mouse model of auricle swelling and rat model of ankle joint swelling caused by xylol and egg-white respectively,and analgesia was tested by hot-plate caused sole-ache and acetic caused bellyache.Gastric ulcer model rats was duplicated in by Reserpine and Acetate.

Methods Thirty-two New Zeeland rabbits were randomly assigned into two groups as experiment group (n=24) end control group (n=8). Each rabbit in experiment group was given injection with 8.0 mg/kg of hydrocortisone acetate for two times per week, while rabbits in control group were given normal saline in same quantity. Serum glucocorticoid concentration, total cholesterol and triglyceride were determined respectively before and 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after treatment. Rabbits were sacrificed at the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th week. The rabbits, sacrificed at the same time point, were stratified into group A and group B according to the GC concentration, in an attempt to observe the rate of empty bone lacuna and glucocorticoid receptor expression in the soft tissue around hips.
