Dihydroxy-7, 4′-dimethoxy-dihydrflavonol and -3, 5, 7 -trihydroxy-4′-methoxy- dihydrflavonol were synthesized by selective protection, condensation, epoxidation, cyclization and deprotection from 2, 4, 6-trihydroxyacetophone and anisaldehyde.

以2，4，6-三羟基苯乙酮和茴香醛为起始原料，经选择性保护、缩合、环氧化、关环等步骤首次完成了-3，5-二羟基-7，4′-二甲氧基二氢黄酮醇和-3，5，7-三羟基-4′-甲氧基二氢黄酮醇全合成。

Polyethersulfone with cardo was a developed engineering thermoplastic and membrane material with high glass transition temperature,PES-C ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by phase inversion method using dimethylacetamide as solvent and oxalic acid and polyethylene glycol as additives.The membrane morphology forming and evolution could be observed by the experimental system and method.The effect of additive and polymer concentration on cast solution and the gelation kinetics of polyethersulfone with cardo asymmetric membrane were studied.

采用耐高温工程塑料——含酚酞侧基的聚芳醚砜为膜材料，草酸和聚乙二醇为添加剂， N，N -二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂，并利用改进的凝胶动力学实验装置和方法，使之能真实地再现不同膜孔结构生长及发展演化的过程，借助相关软件对图像进行处理，考察了添加剂、聚合物浓度对铸膜液凝胶速度的影响，对酚酞基聚芳醚砜非对称膜的凝胶过程的动力学进行研究。

Results Two compounds were isolated from D. diandra. Theirs structures were identified as 6-carboxymethy1-5,7,4'-trihydroxyflavone and l-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3R,4E,8E)-Z-N-(2'-hydroxypalmitoyl) octadecasphinga-4,8-dienine(soya cerebroside Ⅰ,Ⅱ).

结果分离并鉴定了2个化合物：6-羧甲基-5，7，4'-三羟基黄酮和4，8-N-[2'-D-羟基-十六烷酰基]-1-O-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-4，8-二烯-十八鞘氨醇。

Alkylphenols are applied widely as the rubber additives surfactants in domestic and industrial products, antioxidants and so on. As it's decomposer, nonylphenol has a steady chemical characteristics and exist widely in environment. As it's molecule structures are similar as 17beta-estradiol in human body, and it can combine with estradiol receptor simulating it, disrupt endocrine system and induce health damage effect.
