New contributions of this work are as follows:(1). Preparation of Spherical MgCl_2-Supported Late-Transition Metal Catalysts for Ethylene Polymerization Facile and effective immobilization of late-transition metal catalysts. 2,3-bis-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl) butane diimine nickel dibromide (1) and 2,6-bis-[1-(2,4,6-trimethylphenylimino)ethyl]pyridine iron dichloride (2), for ethylene polymerization has been achieved, using spherical MgCl_2 supports obtained by thermal dealcoholization of MgCl_2·2.56C_2H_5OH, and the effects of dealcoholization temperature on supported late-transition metal catalysts and the properties of resultant polymers were studied, the results indicated that: 1.Supports with appropriate mechanical strength, high surface area and high porosity could be prepared by thermal dealcoholization of spherical MgCl_2·2.56C_2H_5OH supports; 2.BET, XRD, IR, SEM, GPC and DSC analyses indicate that the activities of the supported late-transition metal catalysts and the properties of resultant polymers are strongly dependent on the dealcoholization temperature.

本工作的新贡献如下：(1)、球形氯化镁负载后过渡金属催化荆催化乙烯聚合本文将配合物2，3-双(2，6-二异丙基苯亚胺)丁烷二溴化镍(1)和配合物2，6-二[1-(2，4，6-三甲基苯亚胺)乙基]吡啶二氯化铁(2)分别直接负载于经不同热脱醇温度处理的球形氯化镁载体上，研究了氯化镁载体的脱醇温度对负载化后过渡金属催化剂及其聚合物的影响，研究表明： 1、通过对球形MgCl_2·2.56C_2H_5OH载体进行热脱醇处理，可以获得合适机械强度、较高比表面积和较高孔隙度的球形氯化镁载体； 2、BET，XRD，IR，SEM，GPC和DSC研究表明，脱醇温度极大地影响负载后过渡金属催化剂的活性和聚合物的性能。

To investigate the pollution levels, occurrence and distribution of estrogens, six estrogens in the surface sediments of Wenyuhe River were analyzed quantitatively by GC/MS following ultrasonicated extraction including diethylstilbestrol, estrone(E1),β-estradiol(E2), 17α-ethynylestradiol(EE2), estriol(E3), and β-estradiol 17-valerate. Six estrogen concentrations ranged from 0.39-36.6ng/g and the mean concentration was 10.2ng/g.

为了调查温榆河沉积物中雌激素物质的污染状况，采用超声萃取、GC/MS法研究了6种常用雌激素（包括己烯雌酚DES、雌酮E1、雌二醇E2、乙炔基雌二醇EE2、雌三醇E3和戊酸雌二醇EV）在北京温榆河上游及干流表层沉积物中的含量水平，并对其分布及来源情况进行了分析。

In this thesis, 1, 5-diaryl-3-pyrazilidinones, 1, 5-diaryl-3-hydroxypyrazoles and 3-(2, 3, 4, 6-tetraacetyl-β-D-glucopyranos-1-yl)-1, 5-diaryl-1H-pyrazoles are designed and synthesized.1, 5-diaryl-3-pyrzolidinones were obtained by condensation of 3-arylpropenates and phenylhydrazine or fluorophenylhydrazine under the catalysis of sodium methylate and the yields were about 55-80%.

在本文中，设计合成了1，5-二芳基-3-吡唑烷酮化合物、1，5-二芳基-3-吡唑烷酮化合物和3-(2，3，4，6-四乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-1-基)-1，5-二芳基吡唑化合物。以3-芳基-2-丙烯酸酯为原料，与芳基肼在醇钠的催化作用下，反应可以生成1，5-二芳基-3-吡唑烷酮，产率在55%以上。

Some research and analysis on the reaction of 2,4-difluoronitrobenzene and nucleophilic reagent alcohol sodium (methyl alcohol ,ethyl alcohol, propyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, t-butyl alcohol, et hl) and the reaction choice of opposite -F in different solvent and conditions have done in this paper.

论文以2，4-二氟硝基苯为主要原料，研究了其与亲核试剂醇钠(甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、正丁醇、叔丁醇等)在不同溶剂中的反应情况，讨论了在几种代表性的溶剂——醇、四氢呋喃、苯、N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中亲核取代反应的情况，研究了温度、反应时间、亲核试剂、溶剂等条件对亲核取代反应的影响。

F. Their structures were identified as betulone (1), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-β-D-glucopyranoside (2),α-amyrin (3),β-amyrin (4),β-sitosterol (5), and stigmasterol (6) by spectroscopic evidence (IR, NMR, MS, etc.) and comparision of their spectral data with those of the literatures.

To establish a MPLC method for the content determination of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. Et. Zucc, Analytical column SOURCE 5RPC ST 4.6/150 was used with a mixture of acetonitrile+water (30+70,volume ratio ) as mobile phase ,with a flow rate of 1ml/min and the UV detection wavelength was 306nm, The linear range was 0.6-1.6mg/ml (r=0.9919). The average recovery of prodatin was 103.0%-90.4%(RSD=7.21%). The method is convenient and accurate. Result indicated a reverse phase chromatography media based o n polystyrene/divinyl benzene has excellent resolution for resveratrol in cuspidatum. P rovide theoretical support for process development.

色谱条件采用SOURCE 5RPC ST 4.6/150预装柱，以乙腈/水(体积比30/70)溶液为流动相，流速1ml/min、检测波长为308nm，结果表明，白藜芦醇在0.6～1.6mg/ml的浓度范围内峰面积积分值与浓度的相关系数r=0.9919；所测定的虎杖饮片中白藜芦醇平均含量为0.304％，平均回收率为103.0％～90.4％；实验表明，以聚苯乙烯为基架的反相介质对于虎杖中自藜芦醇具有良好的分辨率，适合其有效成分的检测、分离，对虎杖中白藜芦醇制备的科学研究过渡到工艺开拓有很好的借鉴。

Both star copolymer precursors are hydrolyzed in the acidic conditions, then the corresponding recovered star copolymers of EO and glycidol with multi pending hydroxylmethyls are esterified with 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide to produce the ATRP macroinitiators with multi pending bromoisobutyryl groups . The method which was used for quantitating the resveratrol of Smilax glabra byRP-HPLC was established,furthermore, the content of resveratrol from different areas were compared, thecontent of resveratrol from hunan xiangtan was the highest.

白藜芦醇具有抗氧化、抗自由基及影响花生四烯酸代谢的药理作用，本实验建立了土茯苓中白藜芦醇含量的RP-HPLC测定方法，并对不同产地土茯苓中自藜芦醇含量进行比较，其中湖南湘潭白藜芦醇含量最高。
