METHODS: Eighty guinea pigs were randomized into control group, model group, salbutamol treated group and Maxin liquid treated group. Asthma model s were established by ovalhumin. The changes of eosinophile in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, thromboxane B2 and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1a in blood, the airway resistance and the pulmonary compliance were observed by Pap staining, radio-immunity , and pulmonary function test instrument of MIL type specially for experimental animal.

实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、复方麻辛组、沙丁胺醇组，选用豚鼠共80只，采用清蛋白造模，并运用巴氏染色法、放射免疫法、MIL型实验动物肺功能测量仪，分别检测肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸粒细胞数、血浆凝血恶烷(TXB2)、6-酮－前列腺素(6-K-PGF1a)以及清蛋白激发后气道阻力和肺顺应性。

Methods: The lead-poisoned mice were prepared by drinking water containing lead acetate, and the administration of Yinling Ⅰ or EDTANa2Ca to lead-poisoned mice was performed for 3 weeks. The number of white blood cell, the rate of carbon expurgation, the index of immune organ of mice were detected to evaluate the non-special immune function.

We studied the structural characteristic of AR2O4 crystals within calcium ferrite type, ABO4 crystals in zircon, monazite, and scheelite type, R2M2O7 crystals in pyrochlore type and - and -type R2MoO6 crystals, and performed systematical calculations on the chemical bond parameters, thermal expansion coefficients and bulk moduli of these crystals.

In this study, we used poly L-latcide, poly DL-latcide-co-glycolide 75:25 (PLGA7525) and poly DL-latcide-co-glycolide 50:50 (PLGA5050) during citric acid inducing ammonium bicarbonate gas forming process to form porous polymer film, and rolled the porous polymer film to make nerve conduits with pores and multi-layered. Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analyzer and Attenuated Total Reflectance – Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectrometer were employed for determining elements' functionabilities and chemical compounds. Charge Coupled Device camera and Scanning Electron Microscope were employed for macroscopic and microscopic morphologies and structural observation. Differential Scanning Calorimetry was employed for measuring glass-transition temperature. Nano-indentation system was employed for measuring elastic modulus and hardness. Biodegradation and water absorption ratios were measured to analyze their chemical properties and SEM was employed for microscopic morphology of the tested nerve conduit.

本研究将以聚乳酸、聚乳酸-聚甘醇酸共聚合物（75：25）、聚乳酸-聚甘醇酸共聚合物（50：50）做为研究材料，以柠檬酸诱发碳酸氢铵发泡之气泡成型法制作具有相连通孔隙之高分子薄膜，再将高分子薄膜卷制成特殊多层的导管，制作具有多层孔隙之新型神经再生导管，以电子能谱化学分析及减弱式全反射-傅立叶转换红外线光谱分析进行成份分析及化学元素测定；以电荷耦合元件摄影机、扫瞄式电子显微镜进行多层孔隙型神经导管巨观及微观形态结构观察；以示差扫瞄热量量测分析玻璃转换温度、奈米三维量测弹性模数及硬度；以及进行降解性质测定，并以扫瞄式电子显微镜进行降解后之导管微观结构形态观察。
