动物实验表明：平喘方能明显延长卵蛋白造模大鼠的引喘潜伏期，且与氨茶碱对照有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01)；能降低哮喘模型大鼠血浆及肺泡灌洗液中白细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞及IL-4、ET-1的含量；能抑制肺局部EOS的聚集，明显减轻由EOS浸润引起的慢性变应性炎症反应；能减少气道分泌物，减轻细支气管及小血管管壁的增厚，减轻周围组织的水肿，从而减轻气道的阻塞，最终改善肺通气，缓解喘息症状。

Method］ First of all,esters and lactone reacted with hydroxylamine and formed hydroxamic acid under alkaline conditions; secondly,hydroxamic acid reacted with Fe3+ and generated amaranthine hydroxamic acid-iron complex; finally,esters and lactone contents were measured indirectly at the wavelength of 506 nm.
