By study of the medium-acid plutonic rock and its maric microgranular enclaves of the middle Gangdis〓 belt, this dissertation will discuss the characteristics of the Gangdis〓 medium-acid plutonie magmatism and the crust/mantle dynamics during uplifting of Tibetan Plateau from the sight of material and energy, and use'lithoprobe'to connect crust and mantle interaction and other geologic events.

中、新生代青藏高原岩浆活动强烈，沿雅鲁藏布江缝合带形成了著名的冈底斯构造—岩浆带，本篇博士论文以冈底斯带中酸性侵入岩及其中铁镁质微粒包体为研究重点，探讨冈底斯带中酸性侵入岩浆活动特征，从物质和能量的角度论述了高原隆升过程中的壳/幔动力学过程，利用"岩石探针"将壳/幔之间的相互作用和地质事件有机地结合起来。

Next, BALB/c mice were orally infected with Y. pseudotuberculosis and its ompR mutant to study metabonomic variation of different intestine-associated organs after 24 h infection. The results showed that a majority of metabolites were decreased during this acid adaptation process, but phosphoenolpyruvate, 5'-GMP, 5'-AMP, 5'-UMP, GDP/GTP of wild type strain and lactate, Tyr, phosphoenolpyruvate, 5'-AMP、GDP/GTP of the ompR mutant strain were increased.

为了探讨病原细菌感染动物后特别是在酸性环境下代谢物的变化规律，首先在体外模拟假结核耶尔森氏菌及其全局性调控因子OmpR突变株在适应酸性环境时所引起的菌体自身的代谢变化，然后通过BALB/c小鼠口服感染耶尔森氏菌，研究小鼠感染病原细菌24h后各种相关器官的代谢变化。

The optimum hydrolytic conditions of razor clam for neutral protease were : enzyme concentration 2.4%, hydrolysis temperature 50癈, substrate concentration 1:3, pH 7 and reaction time 6 hrs with the degree of hydrolysis and extraction rate of total nitrogen 42.46% and 83.04% respectively; and foracid protease they were: en/yme concentration 6.0%, hydrolysis temperature 50癈, substrate concentration 1:4, pH3.5 and reaction time 5 hrs with the degree of hydrolysis and extraction rate of total nitrogen 46.37% and 87.94% respectively, the hydrolysate being clear light yellow. For the combination of two kinds of proteases they were: first hydrolyzing with 2.6% f 1 avouryme for 3 hrs, then hydrolyzing with 2.4% neutral protease for 3 hrs with the degree of hydrolysis and extraction rtiie of total nitrogen 4-1.57% and 86.95% respectively.

最后综合考虑了水解率、总氮回收率和水解液的色泽、澄清度等指标，得出了较适宜的酶种为单酶以枯草杆菌中性蛋白酶和酸性蛋白酶效果较好，双酶以风味蛋白酶与枯草杆菌中性蛋白酶双酶组合水解效果较好，其适宜的水解工艺条件分别为：枯草杆菌中性蛋白酶加酶量为2.4%，水解温度50℃，料水比1：3，pH值中性条件下水解6h，绕蛙蛋白质的水解率和总氮回收率分别为42.46%和83.04%；酸性蛋白酶水解编蛙肉的适宜的工艺条件为加酶量6.0%、水解温度50℃，料水比l：4，pH值3.5条件下水解sh，水解率为46.37%，总氮回收率为87.94%，水解液呈较清澈的淡黄色；双酶采用先用2.6%风味酶水解3h后，再加入2.4%中性蛋白酶水解3h，水解率达44.57%，总氮回收率为86.95%。

Therefore the author concludes that the syst ematical supplement with alkali in university sports teams has certain effect on the weakening of exhaustion.

INTERVENTIONS: 4 vessel occlusion(4VO) brain ischemic models in rats stained with thionine staining and GFAP immunohistochemistry staining. were used. Sixty-four rats, of which bilateral vertebral arteries were occluded permanently by electrocautery, were divided into the following 8groups: sham operation group, cerebral ischemic preconditioninggroup, ischemic insult group; BIT group; MTPG + sham operation group;MTPG+BIT group; MTPG+ischemia group and -4C3HPG+BIT coup. All the rats were killed 7 days after the operation or the final ischemic treatment. Cerebral sections were selected and stained with thionine staining and GFAP immunohistochemistry staining.

干预：采用大鼠四血管闭塞全脑缺血模型，应用硫堇染色和胶质纤维酸性蛋白免疫组化法。64只大鼠椎动脉凝闭后分为假手术组、单纯预处理组、单纯缺血组、脑缺血耐受组，MTPG+假手术组、MTPG+脑缺血耐受组、MTPG+缺血组和-4C3HPG+脑缺血耐受组，所有动物均在手术后或末次缺血后7 d处死取材，行脑组织切片，硫堇染色和胶质纤维酸性蛋白免疫组化染色。
