This study compares traditional production and packaging system of Kilishi with a potassium sorbate (anti-fungal agent) treatment and modern packaging system during storage under two different conditions.

The first 0.1%collagenaseⅣ 0.1% hyaluronidase for 20 min and than 0.25% trypsin 0.04% EDTA 5μg/mL DNaseⅠfor 5 min,its enough to obtain germ cells and have optimal cell viability. 8.4±2.6×106 cells per gram testis were isolated and there was(19.7±5.3)% of PGP9.5 spermatogonium and (23.8±3.6)% of c-kit spermatogonium.

After spraying 3 kinds of growth regulators PBO,PP333 and GA_3 after full bloom,the concentration of which was 50 mg/L,the content of soluble sugar,titratable acid,soluble solid substance,vitamin C,and flesh hardness,fruit shape index,stone cell content were analyzed,and the content of IAA,GA_3,ZR and ABA in young fruit was determined by means of ELISA method to probe the dynamic change of the endogenous hormones during the fruit development.
