In this article, the effect of matrix on the intensity of RRS is analyzed theoretically based on the matrix negative absorption effect; the effect of pH is analyzed based on the conditional stability constant which is assayed by spectrophotometry; and MG and CV are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively through detecting the intensity of RRS by the fluorescence spectrophotometer synchronously scanning.

本文采用负吸收效应，从理论上对体系基体的作用进行分析；采用紫外-可见分光光度计测定吸收光强度，求出缔合物的条件稳定常数，对体系酸效应进行分析；采用荧光分光光度计测定共振瑞利散射强度，对孔雀石绿和结晶紫进行定性、定量分析。

The interactions among the three active sites---N3, 04 and 05 in the most stable conformer of glycine and the three mono-value cations--~ Li~ and Na~ are investigated at the R0B3P86/6-3 1 G* level. Their relative binding strength and the binding order are compared and analyzed when the same active site reacts with three different cations or the same cation reacts with three different active sites, respectively.

Molecular conformation calculations were made for two possible conformers(eclipsed and staggered with respect to the methyl group)of the compound Calculated results show that:the stable conformer of pyruvic acid is the eclipsed one;The BLYP/6-31G* and scaled HF/6-31G* frequencies correspond well with each other and with available experimental assignment of the normal vibrational modes.

结果表明：在丙酮酸分子的两种构象中，重叠式比较稳定*B3LYP计算得到的构型参数与实验结果比较一致；在振动频率的计算中，BLYP未标度力场所计算的非CH3伸缩振动基频预测值和实验值的平均绝对偏差为10.4cm-1；而HF标度力场的平均绝对偏差为17.9cm-1。
