P to make Nitrogen Oxide Synthesis blocking models (uterus-placenta-fetus lacking blood and oxygen model or pregnant hypertension syndrome model). On day 12, 18 of pregnancy paunched the rats and took out the fetus and placenta/uterus. Measured the basal BP during pregnant period and BP、protein、basal activity each day. Observed placenta/deciduas ultramicroscopic structure by electron microscope and took count of languishment cells. Measured the expressive intensity of bcl-2、Bax of placental nutrient cells by SABC method.

一氧化氮合成酶阻滞剂L-精氨酸甲酯妊娠大鼠腹腔给药，制作一氧化氮合成阻滞模型（子宫-胎盘-胎儿缺血缺氧或妊娠高血压模型），妊娠第12、18天剖腹取胎、胎盘／子宫，妊娠期测基础血压，每日测血压、蛋白质量、基本生理活动；电镜观察胎盘／蜕膜超微形态结构，并进行细胞凋亡计数；免疫组化检测胎盘滋养细胞bcl-2、Bax表达强度；原位杂交法检测胎盘滋养细胞、血管内皮细胞VEGF、eNOS、iNOS、MCP-1、MMP9（基质金属蛋白酶9）mRNA表达。

The results indicated that at the inhibitor dosage of 0.4%, mole ratio of methacrylic acid to MPEG of 1.5:1 and reaction temperature of 120 ℃, the yield of MPEGMA could reach 92.3%.

结果表明：阻聚剂质量分数为0.4%、酸醇摩尔比为1.5：1、反应温度为120℃时，酯化率可达到92.3%。

We demonstrate that both the IL-5 mRNA expression and IL-5 protein production were stimulated by TSA and NaBu treatments. Chromatin immunoprecipitation assays showed that treatments of TSA and NaBu caused hyperacetylation of histones H3 and H4 at the IL-5 gene promoter in Jurkat cells, which consequently promoted the exogenous luciferase activity driven by this promoter.

On the topic of anti-leukemia marine natural product clavulactone a synthetic method based on the free radical cyclization and starting from sugar has been developed. In other title of PKC inhibited agent sphingosine a new synthetic route with SN2' as the key reaction has also been disclosed.

In this paper, the thermally reversible crosslinking reaction and the properties of synthesized TPE based on the reactions of chlorine containing polymers such as PVC , chlorined polyethylene , epichlorohydrin rubber and acrylic rubber with salts of dicyclopenladienyl dicarboxylate crosslinking agents were studied.

The results showed that pectinase activity can retained up to 95.2% when prepared with 4.0% sodium alginate, 0.20 % glutaric acid, 0.10 mol/L CaCl2, 0.50 mL pectinase. The recovery activity of the immobilized pectinase was more than 76% after repeated 10 times.
