The invention aims at improving the quality of flour to researche a method for preparing new flour modifying agent, namely, the microencapsulation glucose oxidase, chitose-calcium alginate-glucose oxidase microcapsule which is obtained through the method is copolymer hydrogel which is obtained through double cross-linking, both amidogen and carboxyl group are fixed, and the whole system is a reticular formation.

本发明以改善面粉品质为目的，研究一种新型面粉改良剂――微胶囊化葡萄糖氧化酶的制备方法，采用上述方法制得的壳聚糖-海藻酸钙-葡萄糖氧化酶微胶囊，是经双重交联得到的共聚凝胶，氨基和羧基均被固定，整个体系为网状结构。

Based on the orthogonal experiment, the optimum synthetic conditions for dimethyl fumarate were as follows: the molar ratio of carbinol to fumaric acid was 6∶1, mass of the catalyst was 1.0%, the volume of the water removing reagent benzene was 10 mL, and the reaction time was 3 h.

催化合成富马酸二甲酯的最佳条件为： n∶ n=6∶1，催化剂用量为1.0%，带水剂苯用量为10 mL，反应时间为3 h，催化剂重复使用7次，酯化率大于90%。

In this paper, three kinds of hydroxyl component are prepared for two-component waterborne polyurethane paint, that is, acrylic dispersion, acrylic emulsion and silicone-modified acrylic emulsion. The influence of the composites of these dispersion and emulsions on polymerization process, viscosity, particle size and coagulum are investigated, infrared spectroscopy , inductance coupling plasma , transmission electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis are used to characterized their structure, composite, morphology and thermal stability, respectively.
