The disparity in each trait were studied by variance analysis. More detail analysis were made for all traits and cuts by multi-statistic analysis, the results were shown as follows:Among all measured meat traits, crude fat, crude protein, tenderness, water holding capacity, pH value, meat colour, area, diameter and density of muscle fibre, amount of muscle fibre in fascicle, inosine, inosinic acid imp, and dissociative glutamine were significantly different between sex.

对数据统计分析结果表明：在所有肉质指标中，除水分、粗灰分和硫胺素在三种性别间彼此无显著差异外，粗脂肪、粗蛋白、嫩度、系水力、pH值、肉色、肌纤维面积、肌纤维直径、肌纤维密度、肌束内肌纤维根数、肌苷、肌苷酸和谷氨酸钠在不同性别秦川牛之间差异均显著(P＜0.05)。

From normal nutrition component, meat of male catties were the best, while female catties were the worst. Also such items as inosinic acid imp, dissociative glutamine, vitamin Bj,pH, the diameter and area of muscle fibre were the highest in male catties, while in female catties, were the lowest. The above items, except vitamin B1, were significantly different among three sex P.

对于常规营养成分，公牛最优(主要体现为高蛋白低脂肪)，阉牛次之，母牛较差；肌苷酸、谷氨酸钠、硫胺素、pH值、肌纤维直径、肌纤维面积等也均以公牛最高，阉牛居中，母牛最低，除硫胺素外，差异均显著(P＜0.05)。

Under optimized conditions, yield of levulinic acid is 38.426%, which is near to the value by estimation of the model.

在调酸催化水解工艺条件下，目标产物收率为38.426%，与模型估计值接近。

A verification experiment was performed and the productivity of levulinic acid was 19.86%, which is almost the same as the model prediction.

通过验证实验，在上述优化条件下乙酰丙酸产率达到了19.86％，与模型预测值19.75％十分吻合，原料中纤维素的利用率达到68.8％。

The results showed that expression plasmid pET22b-lysB was constructed successfully. Highly purified recombination protein was obtained 33.2 mg from 1 L LB culture medium. A screening for His-LysB activity on esterase and lipase substrates confirmed the lipolytic activity. With p-nitrophenyl butyrate as substrate, the thermal stability of the enzyme was poor when the temperature was above 30oC. The enzyme exhibited higher stability at pH 5.0–9.5. The optimum temperature and pH for the lipolytic activity of His-LysB were 23oC and 7.5 respectively. Under the optimum conditions, the specific activity of His-LysB was 1.3 U/mg. Zn2+, Cu2+, Mg2+, Mn2+and phenylmethane sulfonyl fruoride severely inhibited the lipolytic activity of His-LysB.

结果表明：成功构建了pET22b-lysB表达载体，并从1 L的LB培养物中获得了33.2 mg高纯度重组蛋白；His-LysB具有分解脂肪的能力，属于脂肪酶；生物化学特性分析表明：丁酸对硝基苯为水解底物，His-Lys热稳定性不佳，30℃以下比较稳定，随着温度的升高，稳定性逐渐降低；该蛋白具有较高的pH值适应性，pH 5.0~9.5范围内稳定性较高；在23℃和pH 7.5时酶活力最高，其比酶活为1.3 U/mg；金属离子Zn2+、Cu2+、Mg2+、Mn2+和苯甲基磺酰氟抑制剂对酶活具有强烈的抑制作用。
