The8 transgenic mice lactated naturally .and centrifuge to discard the fatness and the acid. At last ,we got the serum of the milk of 5 transgenic mice and 2 normal mice , checked the human insulin in serum by RlA.The result of the CPM show that two transgenic mice are conspicuous excess to the other transgenic mice and normal mice .and the mount of human insulin achieve respectively to 250uIU/ml ,376 ulU/ml.

转基因小鼠自然泌乳以后，收集到5只转基因小鼠和2只阴性小鼠的乳汁，脱脂脱酸以后，在乳清中用放射免疫检测方法检测胰岛素的表达量，结果其中两只转基因小鼠的表达量明显高于其它小鼠，表达量达到250uIU／ml和376uIU／ml，进一步的蛋白质定性和活性检测正在继续进行中。

Zeta potential,density of surface carboxyl groups,the interaction between carboxyl groups and component in copolymerization emulsion,mechanical properties of films,state of water,particle diameter and distribution of particle diameter and theological behavior of emulsion were investigated by Zeta meter,the conductometric titration, particle size apparatus,dynamic mechanics analysis,differential scanning calorimmetry,scanning electron microscope,rheological apparatus,respectively, to study the mechanism on the water resistance of modified PVAc emulsion.

利用Zeta电位仪、电导滴定法、激光粒度仪、DMA、DSC、SEM、流变仪等手段从Zeta电位、表面羧基密度、羧基和乳液组分中的相互作用、羧酸改性后胶膜的力学性能、水的存在状态、粒径分布、流变性能和微观形貌方面探索了羧基提高乳液耐水性的机理。

For pre-selection of iron compounds that ferrous sulfate, ferrous chloride, ferrous fumarate, carbonyl iron, amino acid chelated iron, iron asporotate, fenic chloride and ferric pyrophosphate were added in reconstituted skim milk to undergo in vitro digestion, respectively, and then the selected iron compounds were added in reconstituted whole milk to compare the iron bioavailability by estimating dialyzable ferrous iron, dialyzable total iron, nondialyzable and total ferrous iron, respectively.

取硫酸亚铁、反丁烯二酸亚铁、氯化亚铁、艰基铁、Iron asporotate、Amino acid chelated iron、氯化铁与焦磷酸铁等不同铁剂添加於脱脂还原乳中进行体外消化试验，并筛选生物利用性佳之铁剂分别添加於全脂还原乳中，以可透析二价铁、可透析总铁、未透析二价铁及总二价铁等作为评估之指标。

In this Ph. D. dissertation, reverse microemulsion method was fully used infabricating and modifying polyacrylamide with functional and high-relative moleculeweight. The copolymerization of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpxopanesulfonic acid, fluorescent monomer 4-methoxy-N-(2-N\', N\'-dimethylamino ethyl)naphthalimide alkyl chloride quaternary ammonium salt, fluorescentmonomer 4-(N\'-methyl-1-piperazinylallyl)-N-butyl-naphthalimide chloride quaternaryammonium salt, Cationic monomer dimethylethylammonium bromide and hydrophobical monomer octadecylacrylate with acrylamide and properties of the copolymers werestudied. The interaction between five polymers and Al_2O_3(012) crystal surface have beensimulated by Materials Studio 3.0 program package, binding energies and non-bondinteraction energies and deformation energies have also been acquired.

本文以制备具有较高相对分子质量和功能型PAM为研究目的，将反相微乳液法运用到其制备及改性的有关环节，通过反相微乳液聚合工艺，将几种改性功能单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-丙磺酸、荧光单体2-(4-甲氧基-1，8-萘二甲酰亚胺基)-乙基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵、荧光单体4-(N'-甲基-1-哌嗪基)-N-丁基-1，8-萘烯丙氯季铵盐、阳离子单体丙烯酰氧乙基-二甲基-乙基溴化铵和疏水单体丙烯酸十八酯与AM共聚，制备AMPS改性PAM、荧光示踪型PAM、阳离子单体DMB改性PAM和OA改性PAM等四类不同功能单体改性PAM，并研究其应用性能。
