Methods: One hundred and twenty-six patients with UAP were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Xueshuantong injection, and the treatment group was treated with propylgallate. The clinical therapeutic effects were observed and the blood parameters such as C reactive protein, interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α were assayed by rate nephelometry and enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay.
