结果： 第5代呈集落生长的hMSC，均一性好。hMSC可在脑内存活6周以上；随着时间的延长，hMSC在脑内迁移的范围越来越大；间接免疫荧光表明hMSC在大鼠脑内表达人神经元特异性烯醇化酶、神经丝蛋白和胶质纤维酸性蛋白；模型鼠的肢体运动功能有明显改善。

Objective To establish an effective method for purificating recombinant HspA-UreB fusion protein of Helicobacter pylori from inclusion body.

目的：建立一种有效的纯化幽门螺杆菌热休克蛋白A亚单位-尿素酶B亚单位融合蛋白包涵体的方法。

Results (1)LVMI gradually increased from 5d to 30d in OG (P＜0.01);(2)Counts of intracardiac bFGF immune reaction and bFGF mRNA expression were increased at 5d, were essentially normalized at 30d;(3) Intracardial ACE activity, angiotensin II concentration, ACE protein and ACE mRNA expression were progressively risen from 0.5 h or 4 h to 30 d;(4)LVMI was positively correlated with the level of ACE protein and ACE mRNA expression following 5d.

2OG中心肌bFGF免疫反应特异性染色强度增加，半定量显示5天升高(P＜0.05)，30天基本恢复正常(P＞0.05)；bFGF mRNA表达1天升高(P＜0.05)，其后类似bFGF。(3)心肌血管紧张素转换酶活性和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平在术后0.5小时即升高(P＜0.05)，4小时明显增高(P＜0.01)，峰值在30天；心肌ACE蛋白及ACE mRNA表达均在术后4小时明显增高(P＜0.05或＜0.01)，其后逐渐升高，峰值在30天；5天及其后，LVMI与ACE蛋白及ACE mRNA表达数量呈正相关。

The production of human alpha lactalbumin was 0.64 g/L approximately. The results indicate that the bovine mammary epithelial cell line have the ability of expressing exogenous gene, the 5′ flanking sequence of bovine αS1 casein gene has the effect of regulating gene expression specifically and the vector αS1-LA-psv which was constructed can coexpress alpha lactalbumin and β-galactosidase.

实验结果表明，建立的奶牛乳腺上皮细胞系具有外源基因表达活性，得到的牛αS1-酪蛋白5′调控序列能作为启动子指导外源基因的表达，构建的真核表达载体能在体外培养的牛乳腺上皮细胞中同时表达人α-乳白蛋白和β-半乳糖苷酶。

Objective Consequently, by constructing the pcDNA3-HA-hdacl, a HDAC1 eukaryotic expression vector, we were to study the interaction between HDAC1 and ERa and ERB in vitro and the effects of HDAC1 on the ERa and ERB at the protein level. So we can partly reveal the multiplication, differentiation and cancerization of lacteal gland cells.

Methods Cryostat sections for adult worms and paraffin sections for eggs in the liver of infected mouse, sporocysts and cercariae in snails were prepared, immunofluorescent test was performed to detect the presence of iNOS in adult worms, sporocysts, cercariae and miracidium, the distribution of this enzyme was observed in different stages of Schistosoma japonicum. Western blotting was used to further demonstrate the immunoreactivity to iNOS in adult worms.
