本实验选用LLO作为免疫佐剂，利用其穿孔素作用促OVA抗原从树突状细胞的吞噬溶酶体进入细胞浆，并经MHC-I类分子递呈给CD8+ T细胞，从而诱导较强抗肿瘤免疫。
