酰胺化

We present a simple approach to determine the content of casein in crosslinked polyacylamide, i. e., protein molecules are complexed with copper ions by biuret reaction. The polymer containing proteins is cinerated at high temperature and then the residue is dissolved into nitric acid. Protein content is measured by determining concentration of copper ion in nitric acid solution using atomic absorption spectrum.

本文提出了一种在交联聚丙烯酰胺中测定酪蛋白的简便方法，即：利用双缩脲反应使蛋白质与铜离子络合，含蛋白质的聚合物在高温下灰化，残留物溶于硝酸，通过用原子吸收光谱测定硝酸溶液中的铜离子浓度来测量蛋白质的含量。

CdS nanoarods have been synthesized by using Cetyltrimethyl Ammonium Bromide as the soft template under γ-irradiation through the reaction of cadmium sulphide (CdSO4·8/3H2O) and thiacetamide in acidic condition for pH value of 3. The physical and chemical properties and the structure of CdS nanorods were characterized by XRD, UV-Vis, SAED, TEM and PL.

Block-copolyimide film from pPDA/ODA-PMDA was studied by TEM, SEM, PLM, ultra-deep three-dimensional microscope, TMA, and WAXD, which showed that the extensile strength and modulus of b-PI film were higher than that of irregular copolyimide film. It was also revealed that there was a large amount of crystallite formed in b-PI film, which was mainly attributed to its chain structure: rigid pPDA-PMDA chains were easy to form crystal nucleus because of phase separation, based on which semi-rigid PMDA-ODA molecular chains began to crystallize.

以pPDA／ODA-PMDA型嵌段共聚酰亚胺薄膜为对象，借助TEM、SEM、PLM、超景深三维显微镜、TMA、WAXD等手段，研究结果表明：b-PI薄膜的拉伸强度、弹性模量均高于无规共聚酰亚胺薄膜；b-PI薄膜中形成了大量的微晶，这是由于刚棒状的pPDA-PMDA分子链段因相分离容易形成晶核，然后半刚性的PMDA-ODA分子链段以PMDA-pPDA为晶核进行晶体生长造成的，而且ODA-PMDA分子链的结晶和酰亚胺化反应基本上是同步进行的。
