It is shown that the optimal conditions for the reaction of CADB with SESA are pH 12.0 and m:m=6:1.The product p-aminobenzart sulfanily ethyl CADBwas diazotized and linked with lipase.The optimal pH for lipase linked to diao-compound is 7.5.The link time is at last 12h.

试验结果表明：CADB与SESA反应的最适条件是pH＝12.0，SESA与CADB质量比为6：1，反应生成的对氨基苯磺酰乙基交联烯丙基葡聚糖凝胶经重氮化后与脂肪酶偶联的最适条件是pH7.5，偶联时间≥12h。

The yield was 47.3%. A series of21 azo-1,3,4-thiadiazole compounds were synthesized by diazotizing of2-amino-5-alkyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole with nitrosylsulfuric acid, then couplingwith phenol, substituted phenol or naphthol. The yields were 19.6～58.8%.16 of them were new compounds.

制得的2-氨基-5-烃基-1，3，4-噻二唑用亚硝酰硫酸进行重氮化，再与苯酚、取代苯酚或萘酚发生偶合反应合成了21个偶氮-1，3，4-噻二唑类化合物，其中16个为新化合物，收率为19.6～58.8％。

Methods: The target compounds were designed and synthesized by inletting different substitution amino groups using acetyl fragment as the connecting segment.Born method was used for preliminary pharmacological test in vitro.

Results:It is suggested that the drug significantly protectes liver from CCl4,thioacetamide and galactosamine in mice and rats,lowers the activity of enzyme ALT in serum,shorten the sleep duration of CCl4-damaged mice induced by embuter,inhibites HBsAg in vitro,and potentiates non-specific immunity in mice and rats.

结果：研究表明，该药对四氯化碳、硫代乙酰胺和氨基半乳糖引起小鼠及大鼠的急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用，能降低谷丙转氨酶；缩短CCl4肝损伤小鼠戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间；抑制体外乙肝病毒表面抗原；对非特异性免疫有一定增强作用。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aceclofenac in human plasma.Methods Acidified samples of plasma (500μL) were extracted with 4 mL of ethyl acetate. The organic phase was evaporated to dryness by nitrogen at 40℃ water bath. The residue was redissolved in mobile phase and then was determined.

From the investigation into the visible spectra and performances on textile of these azo dyes, as acid dye, it was found that these dyes had deep coloring effects on dyeing wool or silk, and five of which could dye wool into black one at 3% o. w. f., especially the diazo dye derived from 2, 8-diamino-10-methoxy-5, 10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide and acet-J-acid, it could not only dye wool into black one but each fastness of the obtained dyed sample was good.

Methyl-l, 3-oxazine-2,4-dione are prepared from ethyl acetoacetate and ethyl carbamate at 140 for 6h, catalysted by zinc acetate, giving to 48.8% yields which is 33% more than the literature value.

选用醋酸锌作催化剂，使乙酰乙酸乙酯与氨基甲酸酯在140℃反应6h，合成6-甲基-1，3-噁嗪-2，4-二酮，产率达48.8％，较文献报道值高出了33％。

Methods The amino acids in the injections were pretreated with 6-aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysuccinimdyl separately and their derivatives were analyzed on Waters 2695 HPLC using AccQ-Tag column. Gradient eluents consisted of sodium acetate solution (pH 4.95), acetonitrile and water. The Detection wavelength was 248 nm and column temperature 37℃.

It was shown that the absorption peaks of amine and amide groups of gelatin were shifted in HDPE/PE-g-MAH/Gelatin blends because of the reaction of PE-g-MAH with gelatin. The addition of PE-g-MAH made the increase of HDPE glass transition temperature. The compatibilizing effect of PE-g-MAH was due to the crystal compatibility produced by forming the co-crystals of HDPE, PE-g-MAH and PE-g-MAH-g-gelatin. The blends of EAA and gelatin were prepared by melting process and the compatibility of the blends was also studied.
