In this dissertation, two derivatives of aniline containing polyoxyethylene substituent m-phenylene diamino formyl alkylenediamine poly acetate and poly-3-aminobenzoate were designed and synthesized. And then, comb-shaped polyaniline grafted by PEO were prepared by chemical oxidation copolymerization. The structure of copolymers were characterized by FTIR, ultraviolet-visible spectrum, elemental analysis and TEM etc..

本文在设计并合成两种含聚氧乙烯取代基的苯胺衍生物——间苯二氨基甲酰己二氨基甲酸聚氧乙烯乙酸酯和3-聚氧化乙烯单甲醚基苯胺的基础上，采用化学氧化法将它们与苯胺进行共聚，制备出了聚氧乙烯接枝聚苯胺的梳型共聚物。

The synthesis process comprises using chiral phosphorus acid as catalysis, synthesizing 2-(4, 7-indoline) compound in high efficiency and highly enantioselective by using sulfur imide and 4, 7-indoline compound, and products can be used to prepare several 2-dimethylamino indoline compounds with high optical activity through oxidation reaction.

以手性磷酸作为催化剂，由磺酰亚胺和4，7-二氢吲哚化合物可以高效率高对映选择性的合成2-甲氨基(4，7-二氢吲哚)化合物；产物可以经过氧化反应用于制备多种高光学活性的2-甲氨基吲哚化合化合物。

The result of the experiment showed that the qualitative medium - speed filter paper can be used as the material of the nitrite - detecting paper: color developing reagent A containing 4 - aminobenzene sulfonamide and N - 1 naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride, and mixtures of 1 : 1 naphthylamine solution and sulfanilic acid solution as color developing reagent.

实验结果表明：定性中速滤纸可以作为亚硝酸根试纸的材料；含有4-氨基苯磺酰胺和N-1-萘基乙二胺盐酸盐的显色剂A及含有1：1的α-萘胺溶液和对氨基苯磺酸溶液的显色剂B，按1：1混合后可以作为显色剂；通过应用实验表明，亚硝酸根试纸具有体积小、便于携带、检测方便、成本低廉等特点。

合成以1，5-二氨基蒽醌为原料，经亚硝酰硫酸重氮化，分别和苯胺、苯酚及邻甲酚偶合，得到双（4-氨基苯）－1，5-二偶氮蒽醌，双（4-羟基苯）－1，5-二偶氮蒽醌和双（3-甲基－4-羟基苯）－1，5-二偶氮蒽醌，反应产率达47%~62%。
