Two ferrocenyl and trimethylsilyl substituted cyanohydrin ethers have been prepared by the addition of trimethysilyl cyanide to two acetyl-substituted ferrocenes: 1-(1-cyano-1-trimethylsilyloxyethyl)-ferrocene (1) and 1, 1'-bis(l-cyano-1-trimethylsilyloxyethyl)ferrocene (2). The structures of these two compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and X-ray crystallography.

The cationic diamide softener can be emulsified by emulsifying agent, and the emulsion of cationic diamide softene can be used as softening agent in Papermaking. The results showed that the emulsion of the cationic diamide softener is stable and homogeneous when the dosage of emulsifying agent cetyltrimethylammonium chloride is 10% in the emulsifying process.

Benzyloxy benzoyldimethylsulfoxide was prepared by the reaction of ethyl 4-benzyloxybenzoate and dimethyl sulfoxide in the presence of sodium hydride, followed by Pummerer reaction with concentrated hydrochloric acid to afford eo-hydroxy-co-thio-methyl-(4/-benzyloxy) acetophenone, which reacted with urea, thiosemicarbazide, semicarbazide hydrochloride and o-phenylenediamine to give imidazolidine-2,4-dione, l,2,4-triazine-3- one and quinoxaline derivatives, respectively.

In part one, the reactions of some active fluorine-containing compounds such as 2, 2-dihydropolyfluoroalkanoic acids and ethyl 2-hydropolyfluoroalkenoates were studied and various fluorine-containing heterocyclic compounds were synthesized. Using 2, 2-dihydropolyfluoroalkanoic acids as the starting material, 4-fluoroalkyl quinolin-2-ols, 2- [ -1-hydropolyfluoro-1-alkenyl] -4H-3, 1-benzoxazin-4-ones, 1-aryl -4, 9-dihydro-3-fluoro-alkyl-1H-pyrazo [3, 4-b] quinolin-4-ones, 5-fluoroalkyl-12H-quin olino [2, 1-b] quinazolin-12-ones, 4-fluoroalkyl-1, 3-dihydro-1, 5-benzodiazepin-2-ones and 4-fluoroalkyl-2H-pyrido [1, 2-a] pyrimidin-2-ones were synthesized through its condensation reaction with anilines, anthranilic acid, N'-aryl-o-aminobenzamides, o-nitro aniline, o-amino pyridine and their derivatives and the subsequent transformations. 5-Fluoroalkyl isoxazolidines, 3-fluoro-3-fluoroalkylisoxazolidino [4, 3-c] quinolin-4-ones, 3-fluoroalkylisoxazolino [4, 3-c] quinolin-4-ones and 2-aryl-3per fluoroacylindoles were synthesized by inter-and intramolecular 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition of fluorine-containing olefins and nitrones.

The α-monobromination of 2-pentone,4-methyl acetophenone,4-methoxyacetophenone,6-methoxy-2-acetylnaphthane,2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-3-hexanone,cyclooctanone,cyclododecanone with respectively,were studied.

The solid-liquid reaction method was used for the preparation of HPLC aryl-bonded silica gel stationary phases, including 3, 5-dinitrobenzyl, quinolinyl ether and 1, 1'-di(2-naphthol) ether bonded silica gel stationary phases by using N-(β-aminoethy1)-γ-aminopropylmethyldimethoxy silane and 3-glyci-doxypropyl trimethoxylsilane as coupling reagents, respectively.
