In the fourth chapter, four new complexes of hydrazide of podophyllic acid with transition metals have been prepared. Elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR,〓 NMR and TG-DTA were used to characterize them. The results show that general formula of the complexes is M〓(n=0 or 2). The ligand is linked through the carbonyl oxygen and the terminal nitrogen of the hydrazide base to the transition metal ions in bidentate mode.

第四章 合成了四种鬼臼酰肼的过渡金属配合物，通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和热重-差热对配合物进行了表征，研究结果表明，配合物的组成为M〓（n=0或2），配体是通过羰基氧和肼基上的端氮以双齿形式与金属离子配位的。

There six chapters in this dissertation: the overview on the study of probing for reactive oxygen species, spin-labelled fluorophore as probe for free radicals, Fe -EDTA chelate-induced aromatic hydroxylation of terephthalate as a new method for the evaluation of hydroxyl radical-scavenging ability, study of fluorimetric method for the determination of peroxynitrite, study of spiro-formed rhodamine B hydrazide as a novel fluorescent probe in analytical chemistry, the conclusion and prospect of the present research work.

Among the six bonds in 3, the P_O bond between the phosphorus and carboxyl oxygen O3 was the weakest one, and could be easily broken to form a new penta-coordinate intermediate 4 which could yield the phosphoryl N→O migration product 5 by breaking the weaker P_N bond.

The three isomers structures of 3 were discussed in detail based on the calculation results. Started from D-tyrosine, we obtained the tetramic acid 96 using Jouin reaction. The assembly of the second fragment 109 was stared from 1,4-butandiol,using asymmetric alkylation reaction developed by Oppolzer as a key step. Coupling of the tetramic acid 96 with 109 provided the key intermediate 110 according to Yoshii\'s procedure. After remove protective group and Sharpless epoxidation, we obtained the key intermediate 113. Its macrocyclization to form the final product is in progress.

本论文的第二章主要对Macrocidin A开展了合成工作，我们从D构型的酪氨酸出发，经过官能团转换；利用Jouin反应生成Tetramic acid 96，另外一个片断从1，4-丁二醇开始经过多步反应生成碘化物104，利用Oppolzer发展的手性樟脑磺酰胺为辅基参与的不对称烷基化反应，引入手性甲基，生成关键中间体109，接着通过Yoshii发展的方法连接96和109生成110，经过Sharpless不对称环氧化反应建立环氧化合物，然后脱去保护基得到关环前体113，分子内的Mitsunobu反应进行关大环反应正在进行之中。

The pure isomers 3-(1-hydroxyethyl)-8-vinyldeuteroporphyrin Ⅸ and 3-vinyl-8-(1-hydroxyethyl)deuteroporphyrin Ⅸ were obtained from protoporphyrin Ⅸ dimethyl ester.Starting from these two acetylating compounds,eight new porphyrin derivatives were synthesized through an alkyloxy fission reaction.

We screened a set of Lewis base organocatalysts derived from chiral pipecolinic acid and tert-butanesulfinamide for the reduction of-N-Cbz-1- phenylpropenamine, including newly designed ones and some of those previously developed in our lab.
