We investigated constituent of triterpenoid saponins ofAlbizzia, two new compounds together with two known compounds were isolated from Albizzia julibrissin Durazz. by using column chromatography (macroreticular resin, silica gel, Sephadex gel, reverse phase silica gel),preparative HPLC methods et al.On the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including IR,ESI-MS,~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR,HMBC,HMQC,~1H-~1HCOSY and chemical methods, the structure of two new compounds were identified as 3 - O -[β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl (1→6)-β- D -2- deoxy - 2 - acetoamidoglucopyranosyl] -21-O-[(6S)-2- trans- 2,6-dimethyl - 6 - O-β- D - quinovopyranosyl -2,7- octadienoyl] - acacic acid- 28 - O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)[α-L-arabinofuranosyl(1→4)]-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside acacic acid 3- O -β- D- glucopyranosy(1→3)-β- D- fucopyranosl(1→6) [β-D- xylopyranosyl (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside ;two known compounds were acacic acid lactone 3- O -β-D- xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosl (1→6)- 2-deoxy -2 -acetoamido -β-D- glucopyranoside ; acacic acid lactone 3- O-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L- arabinopyranosl (1→6)- 2- deoxy - 2- acetoamido -β-D-glucopyranoside . The study lays chemical foundation and chemical reference substance for enhancing quality standard of Albizzia julibrissin Durazz.

本研究论文在综述国内外对合欢属Albizzia三萜皂苷化学成分和药理作用研究进展的基础上，利用传统植化分离手段和现代分离技术，包括大孔树脂、硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、反相硅胶等柱色谱，制备高效液相色谱法等技术从中药合欢皮中分离得到了4个化合物，其中，2个新化合物和2个己知化合物，并进一步通过现代分析技术IR，ESI-MS，~1H-NMR，~(13C-NMR，HMBC，HMQC，~1H-~1HCOSY等和化学方法鉴定了2个新化合物的结构分别是：3-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃夫糖基(1→6)-β-D-2-去氧-2-乙酰氨基吡喃葡萄糖基]-21-O-[(6S)-2-反式-2，6-二甲基-6-O-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基-2，7-辛二烯酸基]-金合欢酸-28-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基(1→4)[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷，金合欢酸3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)-β-D-吡喃夫糖基(1→6)[β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷；2个已知化合物结构分别是：金和欢酸内酯3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃夫糖基(1→6)-β-D-2-去氧-2-乙酰氨基吡喃葡萄糖苷，金和欢酸内酯3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基(1→6)-β-D-2-去氧-2-乙酰氨基吡喃葡萄糖苷。

Formyl-3-acetyl-4-methyl-5-carbobenzoxypyrrole (6) was synthesized via the selective oxidation of 2,4-dimethyl-3-acetyl-5-carbobenzoxypyrrole (5), which was produced from acetylacetic benzylester (1) via nitrosation, reduction and addition-cyclization with acetylacetone. From the investigation into the visible spectra and performances on textile of these azo dyes, as acid dye, it was found that these dyes had deep coloring effects on dyeing wool or silk, and five of which could dye wool into black one at 3% o. w. f., especially the diazo dye derived from 2, 8-diamino-10-methoxy-5, 10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide and acet-J-acid, it could not only dye wool into black one but each fastness of the obtained dyed sample was good.

objective to investigate staining methods for two-dimensional gel(2-de)electrophoresis in multidrug resistance of gastric cancer.methods cultured vincristine-resistant human gastric cancer cell line sgc7901/vcr and its parental cell line sgc7901.variant amount protein of those cells were separated by 2-de.gels were stained with silver nitrate or colloidal coomassie brilliant blue,and scanned by image scanner.results well-resolved,reproducible 2-de patterns of sgc7901/vcr and sgc7901 were established.silver staining was better when protein sample amount was low,overloaded protein will interfere resolution of the maps.gels stained with colloidal coomassie brilliant blue had more protein spots numbers and abundance without apparent trails when increased loading protein sample.conclusion two staining methods were influenced largely by the sum of protein samples,properly selection may be helpful for further study with proteomics in multidrug resistance of gastric cancer.

低甲氧基果胶的胶凝机理及防止预凝胶。。。他扎罗汀凝胶与克林霉素凝胶治疗痤疮。。。注射隆乳后经乳晕切口取出聚丙烯酰胺。。。目的分析利用蛋白质组学方法研究胃癌耐药相关蛋白质中双向电泳凝胶的染色显示。方法培养胃癌细胞sgc7901和长春新碱诱导的耐药胃癌细胞sgc7901/vcr，用双向凝胶电泳技术分离总蛋白，银染及胶体考马斯亮蓝染色，image scanner扫描仪扫描凝胶。结果获得了背景清晰、重复性好的双向凝胶电泳图谱，两种染色凝胶相比，硝酸银染色在样品少时显示更佳，过量则影响图像质量，而胶体考马斯亮蓝染色在上样量增加时的凝胶蛋白质点数目及丰度均增加，并无明显拖尾。结论两种显色方法受样品量影响较大，恰当选用有利于通过蛋白质组学研究胃癌耐药机制工作的进一步开展。
