Study on the Crystallization Process of Labeled GL-7-ACA Acylase CA130 Complex 7β-bromoacetyl amino cephalosporanic acid (BA-7-ACA), an analog of glutaryl-7-amino cephalosporanic acid (GL-7-ACA), can inhibit and specifically alkylate GL-7-ACA acylase (CA130) from Pseudomonas sp. 130, forming a carbon-carbon bond between BA-7-ACA and the C-2 on indole ring of Trp-β4 residue of CA130.Here we reported that BA-7-ACA labeled CA130 (BA-C130) could self-catalyze the hydrolysis of BA-7-ACA during crystallization process. The hydrolysis was confirmed to be a reaction analogous to the one of GL-7-ACA by comparative MALDI-TOF (matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight) spectrometry analysis.

二、GL-7-AcA酰化酶CA130标记复合物的结晶过程研究溴乙酰氨基头孢烷酸（7β-bromoacetyl amino cephalosporanic acid，BA-7-ACA）作为戊二酰-7-氨基头孢烷酸（GL-7-ACA）的类似物，不仅能够抑制GL-7-ACA酰化酶CA130的活力，而且能通过在BA-7-ACA和CA130的β亚基第四位色氨酸吲哚环二位碳原子之间形成碳-碳共价键而将CA130特异的烷基化。

Two kinds of water-soluble biomimetic chitosan derivatives with a phosphoramide linkage between glucosamine and choline were prepared through Atherton-Todd reaction under the mild conditions, including zwitterionic phosphorylcholine bound chitosan and acetyl-phosphorylcholine bound chitosan with positive charge. The interaction between chitosan derivatives and calf thymus DNA were inversigated by UV alsorption spectra and circular dichroism spectra.

采用Antherton-Todd反应制备了两种水溶性的磷酰化壳聚糖仿生衍生物：两性的N-磷酸胆碱磷酰化壳聚糖和带正电荷的N-乙基磷酸胆碱磷酰化壳聚糖，并用紫外吸收光谱和圆二色光谱研究了两种胆碱磷酰化壳聚糖衍生物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用。

Methods Starting from 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol and 2- pyridine hydrochlorid, 3-chloro-4-(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy) aniline was obtained via etherization and reduction. The obtained aniline coupled with N-(4-chloro-3-cyano-7-ethoxyquinolin-6-yl) acetamide to give 4-[3-chloro-4-(2-pyridylmethoxy) phenylamino]-3-cyano-7-ethoxy-6-N-acetylaminoquinoline. And then it was deacetylated, followed by reacting with4- but-2-enoyl chloride to yield the target compound neratinib.

以2-氯－4-硝基苯酚和2-氯甲基吡啶为起始原料，经醚化、硝基还原得到3-氯－4-（吡啶－2-甲氧基）苯胺，3-氯－4-（吡啶－2-甲氧基）苯胺与3-氰基－6-乙酰氨基－7-乙氧基－4-氯喹啉反应得到3-氰基－6-乙酰氨基－4-［3-氯－4-（吡啶－2-甲氧基）苯氨基］－7-乙氧基喹啉，3-氰基－6-乙酰氨基－4-［3-氯－4-（吡啶－2-甲氧基）苯氨基］－7-乙氧基喹啉去乙酰保护基后，与-4-二甲氨基－2-丁烯酰氯经酰化反应得到ner-atinib。

Except heptanoyl chitin, four of them,i.e.acetyl chitin,propionyl chitin,butyryl chitin and hexanoyl chitin,had high degree of substitution(from 1.5 to 2.0)and exhibited lyotropic liquid crystalline behavior and cholesteric phase.

The effect of N-phosphoamino acids on plant cells'membrane permeability was investigated by osmotic method. It was found that in all N-phosphoamino acids, only some phosphoryl polar amino acids such as DIPPSer, DIPPThr, DIPPHis, DIPPAsp, DIPPGlu, DIPPAsn and free serine, threonine could increase the water permeability in plant cell membrane. For example, after 20min. treatment by 1. 5mM DIPPSer, the deplasmolysis time of onion cells was shortened 50%.

三、通过透性实验研究了N-磷酰化氨基酸对洋葱、豌豆等植物细胞膜水透性及溶质透性的影响，发现在所有的N-磷酰化氨基酸及自由氨基酸中，仅有部分N-磷酰极性氨基酸和自由的丝、苏氨酸对植物细胞膜上水透性有增强作用，如1.5mM N-磷酰化丝氨酸可使洋葱细胞质壁复原时间缩短一半以上。
